Restaurant is nice and clean, and looks brand new, although was told it’s been there for 10 years. Food was fresh as can be; service was great, too. In an age where most fast food places are filthy, this Subway is top notch. Hats off to managers and staff.

The store is very clean and the staff are friendly. My big complaint is how stingy they are with toppings. I always order a veggie sub and it feels like they count every vegetable. The cost of the sandwich is comparable with one with meat. I always go to the Chardon Subway because they are generous with toppings. I go to the Crile Rd location only when I'm in a hurry and don't want to go the extra 4 miles into Chardon.
