A friend took me here , yesterday September 30, 2025… as she comes to Angela’s a lot when she visits the lake. We spoke to Angela, she care about you individually, she cares about how your food comes out to you, she cares that you come and eat and enjoy the time you have there with them and proves that by never putting the meal ticket/ bill on the table, when you’re done… you simply walk to the register to pay as she never wants you to feel rushed by putting the ticket on your table. She will put any Veterans picture on her walls when you bring it to her , out of respect for veterans! You see that right away by the service flags just outside of her doors! She and her staff are good people, good food, good prices… respect her and others while you’re there, enjoy the pictures on the wall while you watch your food cook and even visit with the people at the table next to you. I was there for the WW2 weekend. It's the only place I'll eat whenever I'm in town

We are from far out of town in different directions, but several friends and I stopped in here for breakfast following our visit to the annual D-Day reenactment held in Conneaut. We all had a great experience! The restaurant was very busy, but Angela and her staff were amazing and very efficient in making sure everyone in the restaurant was taken care of and that the food came out fast! There was a great selection of breakfast choices and you can't beat the prices! My friends and I all left stuffed for less than $10 per person! The food was absolutely delicious as well, some of the best bacon I've ever had! I imagine we will be back next year for sure! Thank you Angela!!!

I haven’t been to this place in a long time. I was craving breakfast sounded good Called this place at 12:23 pm to place two orders for takeout. They said to be there at 12:45pm it would be ready. When I got there I peeked my head in the door because I had my dog told them I was there for my order. Handed them a 50$ to pay. Order was not ready. I waited outside for an additional 25 minutes outside by the door. Until I peeked my head in again and asked if was it going to take any longer I had to go. So a total of about a hr to wait for food. Finally brought the food they said sorry they had to remake the egg. I thanked her for bringing out the food. When I got back home I was very upset to find out my food was burnt and over cooked with a black hair mixed in with the potatoes. I got so disgusted and mad I threw my food away. We will not ever go back to this place!! So gross!! I never leave reviews but I couldn’t help myself with this one.

Angela serves breakfast all day, which it's about the only restaurant in town that will.
She has a unique relationship with your clientele. And people enjoy being there.

Angela is so helpful and serves delicious food! I would highly recommend this place! I needed to coordinate with her to pick up larger portions of food for a bachelorette party, that I was hosting, and she was very accommodating.

me and my boyfriend love their breakfast food!! Angela is great and we never have bad experience with her. though, ive come to realize that everytime its not angela, were treated like garbage. Ive lived here my whole life and have been enjoying their food for awhile. everytime i call and its NOT angela, they “dont have what i want” , they charge me more, and overall just talk to us horribly!!! Today i called for my og breakfast that i get EVERY TIME. Of course the girl with glasses answers (the really mean one), we go through the same thing as always with her, her telling us they dont have what we want even tho we get it everytime, her refusing to give us the price, and her charging us more than normal. Now im only writing this bad review because towards the end i couldnt BELIEVE what she said to my boyfriend. he asked her what the price would be for once (since it changes everytime) she straight up tells my boyfriend “i have other customers i need to take care of” in the snobbiest way ever!!! So we just have to show up and get a mystery price. I really like angela's food and my boyfriend loves the environment, but seems as the more i call the less we are wanted as customers. i dont know how much longer ill be calling here for food.

Angela makes the best homemade soups in town. Hands down. Also, staff is very kind. 10/10 service every time.
