My wife and I bought a JR whopper and regular Whopper from this establishment at 9:30pm on a Monday. We arrived home to find hair in the food, a bunch of old stale fries, and a manager not very eager to listen to our complaint.
When we arrived there was no line and no other customers so we assumed that the food would be high quality since there wouldn't be too much work they needed to do all at once.
When we found the hair in the food we called up and were met with an unhappy unprofessional manager that made us feel like a burden for calling.

Donavan is a rockstar made sure to take care of us and fix our order even though it was us who messed it up, he was so smooth some of the people in my party didn’t even notice we passed food out to the wrong parties. Made our quick stop go very well Thank you!!

Ordered 2 jack-o-lantern whoppers with no tomato and extra onion. Got extra tomato, no onion and no pickels. The wrapper was even marked correctly yet completely messed up the sandwich.
Went in to grab some food and heard a man yelling at this girl for wearing makeup and piercings at work like his guages dont look like they're gonna fall into the fryer. Disgusting, cant wait to go back and demand the corporate info I was denied the first time over the phone by him.

We ate lunch at Burger King and tried its new Crispy Onion Whopper with the whopper burger, bacon, onion rings, tomatoes, lettuce, and BBQ sauce. It was definitely a two-fister sandwich! Very good! We also ordered sides of fries and onion rings, neither of which were very good. We were disappointed that they didn’t have ice tea, only soda or water.
