Bruger King Conneaut,Ohio Exit 241 I had a problem getting what I ordered at the drive-thru. The problem was the person in the drive-thru didn't put in the right order! How I found this out was looking at my receipt and what I asked for were different. After I left, I called the store to complain and got the supervisor on the phone it was the same person working the drive-thru. She tried to explain it away about new people and slow staff. If you have a supervisor that can't listen. She won't get orders, right? So you have sub standard employee acting like a supervisor and expecting great performance. That will only produce a mirror image. I'm thinking the GM was aiming higher?

No milkshakes, machine down. Seems typical with BK's. Price was good but really disappointed about the milkshakes. Fries were cold too!

I wonder how long ago my whopper was actually cooked It wasn't even warm when I received it from the microwave Onion rings where cold and soggy Won't eat here again .....

Ordered 2 chicken wraps and fries. Fries were decent. But didn’t realize I had old chicken in my wraps until I was on the highway in my big truck. SMH food way too expensive for it not to be fresh.

Both burgers were missing extra items, mustard, and the extra patty completely, on a double burger…. Has a very spicy sauce on it instead, good thing I don’t mind spicy food. Do not even know how a cook could read the order and mess it up this terribly, very unhappy with the food quality/accuracy and missing items that I was charged extra for. I have always have had good food with this location. Very disappointing experience.

Food is bigger portions and the chocolate Oreo milkshake pretty good I like it
I went there twice this weekend, on my way out of town and on the way back home. It was the freshest fast food we have had in years. I had to run in to the truck stop side and went through the actual restaurant. It was the cleanest location I had been to in YEARS! I wish that we had a BURGER KING like this near me.

Went in today around 6:50-7:06pm. There were three people at the front counter. One young white female and another older white female and mid age white male. The young white female; walked away from the counter when she saw me and went towards drive thru area hid behind the wall and the guy was looking at her for her to take my order. The guy was shaking his head no, and the older white lady told him after about 30 seconds to a minute of them both going back and forth silently saying they didn’t wanna take my order. She told him he was on front so he had to. After that I told him politely no thank you and lefted the restaurant. I’m not going to assume but I’m going to make a bold statement if you are African-American, the Burger King here And also the small kitchen area that they have I don’t remember the restaurant name .BUT THEY Do not want African-Americans here and they will purposely act like they’re doing something so they don’t have to take your order. We have to start holding these restaurants, truckstops and establishments accountable,stop supporting them. I will never come back here again and this is my first time here and get treated this way. The manager on duty was named Valerie at the Burger King.
Update: Tried calling the GM and express my concerns. She was not interested in hearing nothing I had to say. I can see why the employees and managers act the way they do here.

If you are “open to midnight”, accept an order on the app (which is then paid for), why are we told at 11:35 that you are unable to make the whoppers because the broilers are shut down at 11, and you are unable to issue a refund. You are BURGER king. If you are going to shut down your broilers, then shut down your app, and close your restaurant.

Ok sometimes it's a hit or a miss but it's mostly pretty good. I'm addicted to chicken fries ? ? Everything else is ok Just normal restaurant tier ig.
Their milkshakes can either be the worst thing I have ever had or like somehow the third best milkshake I have ever had super weird ahwahoooo ?

Food is terrible do not eat here, I got a whopper right when I took it out the wrapped it had a disgusting smell to it and after the first bite I wanted to throw up.
