This place is awful! They are always forgetting the fries if you order your food on mobile for breakfast theyll cancle it if your to close to lunch even though the app still says breakfast, nothing but children work here and all they do is goof off

Worst McDonalds in Ashtabula county. I came thru just last night for dinner. Asked for a receipt after paying. The manager, and The workers decided it was hilarious that I "dare" ask. And spent the next 10 minutes poping their heads out multiple times to ask if "I wanted a receipt " . McDonalds is a joke anymore, I hope it folds.

Apparently, if you get a six piece chicken nugget or a four chicken nugget, you can only get one sauce.They will charge you fifty cents per sauce.After that. Not only that, I have come here multiple times I've had my sweet tea refilled. I went to have it refilled before I Left And they looked at me and said they couldn't do that anymore yet less than two weeks ago I was in and they refilled my sweet tea. WHAT A JOKE!!! Whoever owns this McDonald's must be a real penny pincher, and I will be sure to turn them in, because any other place you go. They say sure you could have more sauce, and it's a McDonald's. Any place you go to? Ask for your sweet tea to be refilled. They refill it.

The young blond girl that I believe is a shift manager covering bagging and register was ignorant and rude. Had a very bad attitude and clearly can’t handle the pressures of the job and needs to be demoted or fired.
Food was as amazing as a fast food place could offer. However I waited for a half hour for one coffee and 2 sandwiches. They gave the wrong food at the window then told us to pull forward while having to wait almost twenty minutes outside had to go in and the manager says oh no one gave you the food….?

Well that's pretty much sealed it. I will never go to a McDonald's again in my entire life and that's a promise. I had to use the kiosk to order since customer service does not exist anymore. What a shame if this corporation had to pay an employee to take customer's orders. Heaven forbid! Don't tell me that I can order it from the counter because nobody is ever there. I wanted the breakfast sandwich, buy one, get one for a dollar. When I went to the front counter and the poor, overworked lady finally showed up, I asked, I was told that I needed to order two but since one was already ordered, I couldn't get the other one. I'm sure that is the plan. I will never go to a McDonald's again ever.

The food I ordered tonight 9-8-24 is cold, the only thing good about my order is my drink, my burger and my fries were both cold, and the table was thinking about sitting at was filthy.
