Watched assistant manager give back a customer his money. Because order was wrong. Customer was not mean or anything. Manager gave money to him and walked away. Then manager flipped him the middle finger. Not nice or lady like

Food was great, please was clean. Everything was nice until I asked the girl(McDonald's employee) if she could make sure the mcdouble that was ordered didn't have mustard on it (my cousin forgot to ask for it that way). She proceeds to tell me that it's already made and pretty much too bad. Mind you, my cousin is at the same time slaying she'll pay for another one on top of the one she's already paid for. The employee proceeds to roll her eyes, and chuck the mcdouble in the garbage! We did get a new sandwich, but geez oh man! Smh Come to find out she's the manager 😳

I had an incredibly upsetting experience at this McDonald’s location. When I went through the drive-thru, the employee at the window was in tears. I asked her what was wrong, and she shared that her mother had been hospitalized after a serious injury earlier in the day. Despite this being a clear emergency, she was not allowed to leave work because there were only three employees on shift.

It is absolutely unacceptable for a company as large as McDonald’s to force an employee to choose between their family in a medical emergency and their job. This lack of basic compassion and humanity is beyond disappointing.

I urge the management at this location—and McDonald’s corporate as a whole—to reexamine their priorities and policies. No one should have to endure this kind of treatment, especially in an already stressful and underpaid job. This isn’t just about customer service; it’s about treating your employees with dignity.

I ordered my meal and a mocha frappe. There were 20 people I swear, working in the back standing around doing absolutely nothing. My order and two others were the only thing on the board all these 20-year-olds were standing around doing absolutely nothing except for getting in the way of an older woman with gray hair racing around getting everybody’s orders all by herself and having to go way out of her way to avoid all the people standing around she is an amazing employee and they should get rid of the rest cause I think she could do it on her own

Went through the drive-through line today asked for a caramel iced coffee, a Dr Pepper, and a sausage McMuffin. The iced coffee ended up being vanilla. The Dr Pepper had no syrup in it and the sandwich look like the picture the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at that McDonald’s and I go there a lot.

Everytime I come here it is the slowest visit and usually the order is wrong. I usually order on the mobile app would you think would be faster I've also tried to order at the speaker and still get the same results food that's not right as I ordered it and usually wait about 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru no matter how many cars are there. I was the first one at the window and still waited 12 minutes to be exact from my order to come out and it was a cheeseburger and a french fry and I thought well maybe they're making it fresh no the food came out lukewarm that was not fresh so what was I waiting for? But this is an everyday thing with them. Also went inside once and it's so chaotic in there they're not sure what's really going on and they are rude when you tell them they messed up they kind of scoff at you and it seems like they don't believe you but then they never apologize about their messed up when they do realize they messed it up place is awful . Point taken ordered a plain cheeseburger on the mobile app. What did I get a cheeseburger with everything on it.
