Pueblo Real Mexican Restaurant

Our server was extremely rude from the get go. I had my children with me and my toddler was whining because he wanted to leave but was waiting for us to finish eating, so typical toddler behavior. I don’t know if our server was annoyed or what, but she was just extremely rude and basically threw our plates at us, wouldn’t even talk to us, and even made annoyed faces at the table next to us like I couldn’t see. Like seriously? Just very rude and unprofessional behavior. I come here often but I will never come here again.

My boys and I were in the area visiting my sister and we were hungry for Mexican food. I found this place close by and decided to go. The atmosphere was nice and what you'd expect when going to a Mexican restaurant. We got seated quickly, chips and salsa arrived quickly, as well as a waitress there taking our drink order. We ordered our food and it arrived quickly. Visually, the food looked really good. Everyone dug in and said their food was very good. The portions were generous, and we took leftovers home. Overall, a very good experience, and would go again when visiting Conneaut.

Was 2nd time I have been there and has been excellent. The food, service, and atmosphere are at the top. I would recommend this restaurant as a top-notch place to enjoy fabulous Mexican food. The decor and hospitality are both top notch.

I orded the shrimp soft tacos and they were delicious! The guacamole was fresh and homemade. I will definitely order again in the future

I went there for dinner yesterday. It was my first time going. My girlfriend and I sat at the bar. There is a decent amount of people in there, but it was not packed. It took forever to get a drink. It took forever to get our food ordered. There were a lot of staff standing around when the final came. The portion size was small and the food appeared to be at least a couple of days old by appearance after taking a bite. It tasted as if the steak that I ordered inside of the dish had went bad. I had my girlfriend try it after telling her I just did not like the dish and she said that the steak has a funny taste to it as well. I did not complain to the staff, but I did tell them so they could know or fix the issue for future customers, the male staff gave me an attitude as if he was offended, but I did not like the dish and sharply asked me what I wanted him to do about it. I told him nothing and I just ate my side dish, which came complementary to the meal giving my main course back to them they took the dish and charge me for my side course in which I did not ask for a refund, but they did nothing to fix the issue. It was my first and last time going to that place.

Excellent mexican food, great presentation, and I lived in Texas eating the best Mexican there. Clean, good service, festive atmosphere; good bar area; no waiting, many low priced meals at $12-15; chicken verde delicious, hubby had fish tacos, superb; complimentary tortilla chips and salsa; chips could be a bit better, salsa excellent; what a surprise in a small town like Conneaut, Ohio! Highly recommend.

Great place we enjoyed dining there

The spicy burrito, the chips and salsa and EVEN THE COLE SLAW they serve with chips was WONDERFUL!!!

Always good food & good service

This was our first time here. We were in Conneaut spending the day at the beach and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. Portions were large and prices were great too. Food was hot and tasty...my husband really enjoyed the house hot sauce. We will be back when we are in town again.

Great food open late!

Ordered a grande quesadilla. gotta a fat burrito with nothing in it I ordered. waiter argued with me. no manager to speak to. couldn't give me manager hours when I could call. comped the meal i didn't eat as it wasn't what I ordered. not the first time I've been there. last time there was food under our table with ants eating the food. waitress ran the card for 30$ more than the bill. lots of chances, still awful
