I did a mobile order for $54.28. Got the order home and was missing items, the food we did get was cold. Drove back to taco bell and the male at the register couldn’t find my order even though it was printed on the side of my bag as well as on my phone. Explained I just wanted a refund. I brought all the food back in except for the drinks, figuring I would just pay for the drinks and say forget it. At this point we were going to get food from some where else. They eventually found my order and proceeded to tell me they could not refund my order amount due to it being a mobile order. I would have to file a claim through the app….. No information on when my refund would come through, no help whatsoever. 0/10 customer service.

Night shift dude was rude charged me for stuff i didnt even wanted messed up my whole order almost lost my card cause he threw the food at us then we asked for a refund and he didnt even know how to-do that wont be going back there again

DO NOT COME HERE!! The lady at the window was rude, the ai messed my order up. All I wanted was a cheese quesadilla and they put barely any cheese on it…I asked for a side of sour cream and paid a dollar for a little spoon full. I’ve been to many Taco Bell’s and nothing like this has happened before.
the night shift workers were rude and forgot some of my food. is it that hard to hire nice people? food is still a 4/5 star bc its taco bell.

They admitted at the counter that they messed up my wife’s food then went back and acted like they fixed it but didn’t really dissatisfied but rang the bell for vibes alyway

Went 3 times and won’t go again. First 2 times they messed my order up. 3rd time I went through drive thru and they gave me all quarters back for my change. No ice in the pop and when I questioned them, they said if you want ice you have to come in and get it from the lobby. Why do I have to do your job? Unbelievable!

I stopped out today to a newly opened Taco Bell with my family of 6. The food came out amazing and as ordered on the kiosk unlike some other Taco Bell’s out there. Really a great job and the staff were great and very kind to us.

Worst service I have ever had was denied service simply because I used a curse word not aimed at any employee the woman that was working was very unprofessional being in a customer service role myself I have had people curse at me directly and guess what I showed good customer service and did my best to resolve the issue and make the customer happy if you're not cut out to being a customer service role then you shouldn't be in one

Let's just say this is the worst taco bell I've ever experienced period poor management poor employees poor food I went in to order my food and they told me they couldn't take my order I had to use a kiosk so pretty much refused my service said that I had to go through drive through so I do and the drive through is also an automated system that doesn't even get your order right and they have to go on the screen to change your order anyway when I get my food they put one mild packet in the bag for 20 dollars of food and asked for extra mild packets I asked the drive through for me they told me one packet per item even though in the dining room there's packets just out for you to grab so to say it was the worst is still a understatement do better taco bell if you can accommodate to the customer you shouldn't be in the food industry period.

The girl who handed me the order was friendly and considderate. May complaint is the automated robot at the drive up order point. Just don't care for non-human interactions, and probably won't be back.

A newer Taco Bell. The place is very clean and although we ate inside and we're only there for a short time, someone came out a few times to look around and clean up. Check on things. The food was very good. They're more generous with their items on your tacos then what I'm used to so I was very happy about that. I give the atmosphere four because it was pretty cold looking setting but on the other hand that did make it look cleaner.
