Employee's were fast and friendly. Corporate dropped the ball and needs to fix the online app. Employees have had several complaints about customers ordering online, their accounts being charged for food and the order never reaches the store to be filled. Then the customer walks into the store and there is no order to be picked up. NOT THE FAULT OF THE EMPLOYEES. THIS IS CORPORATES FAULT. FIX THE APP!!! ☹️
I've been to a lot of subways and they have all been wonderful. This one was lacking. I love the strawberry lemonade and they had none made. Also it seemed like I recievwd half the meat I normally get. I work long hours and look forward to a good lunch when I get the time and this subway disappointed.
Seriously the best Subway in Northwest Ohio. The quality of sandwich, the integrity of the staff, the atmosphere is pleasant and the restaurant is clean. These employees deserve a raise. .
