First time customer. Not a complaint, but I've never had to remind a place that I was there and wanted what we ordered. Things happen though, believe our slip feel on the floor and was just accidental maybe due to a fan. I'm a patient person with understanding. Apology and quick service once realizing what happened. We ordered the Mac N Cheese Fries, Chicken Bacon Ranch Mac N Cheese, and 2 different parfaits. The food was fresh and the ice cream was prepared quickly. So yummy! The employee that took our order answered a bunch of questions we had about the menu and was super nice. Can't wait to go back!
