Chipotle Mexican Grill

It was a nice restaurant great place to go.

It was pretty good. But way to expensive. And the chicken was a little grizzly. But I understand everything is expensive right now. Overall we liked it.

Why in the hell is there salt on my damn burrito I am furious this taste disgusting. If I could give 0 stars I would but that’s not possible so I gave yall a 1 this is ridiculous what the hell do you even need salt for in chipotle. Worst experience of my life. My burrito is wasted there’s so much damn sodium. I will be calling and getting my money back.

So went into this location last night about 7.30pm. Leaving wal-mart hungary decided to stop. We walk in myself and aunt. The whole sit down eating area there. Was full with customer waiting on their online orders. Ok so we are waiting to order. We finally get up there to order. The whole display case was a MESS...Ok. Then we still proceed to order then we get told. THERE IS A WAIT ON STEAK AND BROWN RICE for 5 mins. SO THEN WHEN THEY BROUGHT THE ITEMS UP THAT WE WERE WAITING ON THE STEAK WAS REALLY PINK AND THE RICE WAS REALLLLY OVER COOKED. WE ASKED YOU GUYS DONT PREP FOR THE DAY? THE RESPONSE WAS WE DONT HAVE ENOUGH EMPOLYEES. WE WERE TREATED RUDELY ABOUT EVEYTHING BY THE TWO GIRLS RUNNING THE FRONT. ONE OF THEM COMPETELY WALKED AWAY FROM US AS WE WERE TRYING TO ORDER. THEN THE OTHER GIRLS TAKES OVER BEING VERY RUDE AS WELL. THEN I ASKED THE ONE RUNNING THE REGISTER WHAT WAS BOTH OF THEIR NAMES. HER RESPONSE WAS I DONT HAVE TO GIVE U MY NAME. DEFINITELY SHOULD THINK ABOUT NAME TAGS FOR THIS REASON. USUALLY GO TO THE ONE IN NILES NEVER ANY ISSUES. WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT CHIPOTLE. ALSO THE CREW WAS ALL YOUNG KIDS THAT DIDNT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THEIR JOB AT ALL. WITH NO UPPER MANGEMENT THERE. WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANGER OR SUPERVISOR WAS TOLD THERE IS NO ONE HERE LIKE THAT. I SAID OH OK. IF U HAVE CAMERAS AT THIS LOCATION MAYBE MANAGEMENT SHOULD GO BACK AND REVIEW HOW HORRIABLE THIS PLACE LOOKED LIKE AROUND 7:30PM NOVEMBER 2ND. HOPEFULLY THESE ISSUES GET RESOVLED SOONER THEN LATER. THANKS

Walked in never greeted was to busy talking to employees to see what I needed, I had a call in order and found it never even verified that it was my order. Could have walked out with anyone's food

they are always out of food !! i mean always tonight it. was corn salsa and chesse. last time it was chicken tine before that white rice .. i only gp because it’s closer but its now a waste of time workers are nice tho

So like the 10th time I have been in between 830 and 9 and out of everything! Tonight by 9 there holding on steak out of chicken out of chip, tomato, corn ,cheese and mild sauce y be open till 1045? paid 10.85 for a bowl with meat and rice should just walked out !
