i used to love going to this dunkin . the staff used to be so so nice and the food was always good and the drinks were made right . the staff now has no clue what they’re doing , the food is cold constantly , the drinks are messed up and they’re missing half of your order most of the time .

I ordered a coffee and a donut for me and my son to share and they do not have the bucket I wanted so I ordered a spider donut and they gave me a plan begal. Do u know how disappointed I am with this dunkin now! It was my favorite and I use to go to it every day! I even know the girls that take my order in the morning and the disappointment I got when I got a PLAN begal!!! It would have eased me if it was atleast a blueberry or something or even cream cheese! I wasted like $3 from getting a plan begal instead of my spider donut. Time to drive to elm road go my dunkin or Nile’s!

Thanks for ruining my Boston Cream! This girl has a bad attitude every time I come to the store. No wrapper and chocolate face down on bag causes the entire top to come off. She's been long enough to know better. This was intentional.

This place is trash. The lady put so much cream in all of everybody's drinks that it makes it impossible to drink. It's disgusting. I literally just went through the drive-thru and told her to not put so much sugar and she's still put like a quarter of my cup filled with sweet creamer. Somebody tell this lady that there are standards in that she needs to stop servicing little kids who just want coffee that tastes like ice cream. I will never go here again because of her.
She also didn't even bother getting my tater tots. Wonder she's on night shift only.

Disgusting. Worst one I have ever been to. Tried to give half a coffee. Then I go to eat my bagel and cream cheese and I swear there was an entire block of cream cheese it was disgusting. How do u mess up a bagel a cream cheese. And the last who took my order was rude as hell she had darker hair in a bun I'll never return Oh she said they never fill coffee to the top? Weird ?

Purchased the new green goddess wrap and a small iced coffee, neither of which I could enjoy/finish. The wrap tasted strongly like it had freezer burn, and the coffee definitely tasted burnt as well. My entire order was no good. Terrible experience.
