The coffee tastes burnt Everytime I go there,I order same thing at elm Rd or champion and it's delicious...and the people in Cortland are just rude anymore,if the guys make your coffee it's good otherwise it's aweful

I quit going to this specific Dunkin for myself. They can be rude and ignorant for some reason. I started door dashing, and they never seem to get the orders right.

Just walked out without ordering as no one approached me to wait on me. I waited patiently as the woman at the counter waited on the gentlemen in front of me, then when she was done she proceeded to grab a ticket from a long line hanging out of a machine and turn away from me. I loudly announced that I will go somewhere else as nobody seems to want to wait on me. She said I didn't think you were ready, but never bothered to say anything to me before that. Also there were about 5 people working at the counter.

Cortland Dunkin is always superb 👌 great attitudes and always friendly! Even with construction they move smoothly through the busy times and drive thru lines.

I normally only use this Dunkin at night when the service is amazing, but on the rare occasion when I go in the morning. If Bethann or the guy that works there with the amazing customer service voice isn't there I will not be returning. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese on the side toasted. I did not get that. An when I called to inform them I got laughed at. So no more day time dunkin. If you must go to this Dunkin go at night or first thing in the morning. I've never been this disappointed with a mid shift in my life. They are not professional period mid day.
As a whole dunkin is great this store is great but some of the people who work here aren’t. The assistant Jen likes to act like she’s better than everyone else and jokes about me quitting because my mother died and I was going through a hard time. She literally walks around and says “I’m going to walk out like Megan” it’s extremely inappropriate and the fact that other employees are offended by this enough to reach out to me and tell me is something that needs to be addressed by upper management. I’ve even ran into a regular customer in a grocery store who told me he heard her saying this about me. Making fun of someone because their parent died and it was effecting them in every way possible is horrible and should not be joked about. Hopefully someone in the White Donuts sees this comment and addresses her behavior.

Most of the people that work at this place are wonderful and sometimes they make my day because they are so awesome. However there is one girl that runs drive-thru that is the rudest person. Every morning I go through there and she's running the drive through I am in a bad mood by the time I leave that place because of how rude she is. Whoever she is they need to not allow her to run drive-thru and she probably just doesn't need to be working customer service at all. On top of her sounding like she is put out by having to take my order my order is always wrong specifically when she is taking my order. I will be avoiding that specific Duncan in the morning because of her.

i used to love going to this dunkin . the staff used to be so so nice and the food was always good and the drinks were made right . the staff now has no clue what they’re doing , the food is cold constantly , the drinks are messed up and they’re missing half of your order most of the time .
