As a whole dunkin is great this store is great but some of the people who work here aren’t. The assistant Jen likes to act like she’s better than everyone else and jokes about me quitting because my mother died and I was going through a hard time. She literally walks around and says “I’m going to walk out like Megan” it’s extremely inappropriate and the fact that other employees are offended by this enough to reach out to me and tell me is something that needs to be addressed by upper management. I’ve even ran into a regular customer in a grocery store who told me he heard her saying this about me. Making fun of someone because their parent died and it was effecting them in every way possible is horrible and should not be joked about. Hopefully someone in the White Donuts sees this comment and addresses her behavior.

Update: A buddy of mine brought me cream-filled maple frosted donuts and there was almost NO cream inside. It was an absurdly small amount, like you'd have to almost intentionally and maliciously include the amount that was there. I wish I had taken a picture...Original Post:Uber Eats delivery wasn't ready when I arrived or packaged yet. Items were just laying on the counter separately. Please have things ready to go!

Absolutely terrible service at the checkout counter i’ve never experienced the customer service at any dunkin as i did this morning the lady taking my orders name was arianna and she has one of the worst attitudes i’ve ever seen she was very impatient and she continued to roll her eyes at us while we were placing our order then she was talking about us to her other coworkers if you have a problem taking peoples orders you shouldn’t be working in customer service that simple she did not need to act the way she did and it wasn’t just towards us either she was rude to the gentleman infront of us as well i doubt this is the first time she’s acted this way in her place of work and it probably won’t be the last that is not the type of person you want working at your store interacting with your customers

Second time I places a order at this location and it hasn't even been started..or found! Then basically your order is thrown at you when you do get it... new update! When I opened the box of donuts they were sticking to the lid I'm sure it's from how they were tossed to me.

Ordered a large chai tea latte through drive thru, paid 4.99, absolutely no chai spices in it at all. Tasted like warm milk, threw it away.

I love this place and work here, but a bit recently, they announced that they are changing cash tips to credit only, which means each time we get tips they are split throughout the day and added to our paycheck, but with this increases the amount of taxes we pay, even though I work more hours, I have to pay more taxes!? That's 100% Communism! Isn't this country supposed to be a Democracy!?
nothing like getting verbally abused when they got your order wrong.I ordered a caramel craze Sunday at around 11am. I order this drink at least twice a week from this location. I also ordered hashbrowns. I was given a machiato or however you spell it. Anyways I inquired politely that I may have recieved someone else's coffee thinking they gave me someone else's coffee. the girl that took my order at the front register started screaming at me, SCREAMING that that's what I ordered and to shut up. I also ordered hashbrowns, and like always, they gave me five instead of six because they ALWAYS short you on hashbrowns as if almost 2 dollars for six isn't enough insult to injury. I tend to spend a good amount of money for a family of 5 here every week if not more.anyways, it really sucks they are employeeing such a nasty girl. I genuinely liked coming here. I most likely won't be coming back if she's still there. I didn't deserve that at all and I was beyond polite when I should have stood up for myself.
