Very bad experience, went with my niece and nephew and they both dropped their cones because there was not even a drop of ice cream in the cones. Asked the lady for another one and she slammed the window and walked away. Terrible customer service

All I can say is you guys are absolutely destroying and I mean shiting on handles LOL damn you guys might be some of the best ice cream I think I've ever had I like how it's significantly softer and I like the way that it melts down don't think I've ever had a product quite like yours it kind of reminds me of the texture of talenti and the viscosity of FroYo totally an amazing experience y'all need to stop on down to Katie's Korner

We had a sample of the cake batter ice cream with no sprinkles. When we received our cones it had sprinkles throughout the ice cream which the sample did not. I was surprised and gave that expression when he handed us the ice cream because I do not like sprinkles and if I would of been aware I wouldn’t of ordered it however I didn’t want to be rude so We tried to eat the ice cream however it was overwhelming with sprinkles and tasted disgusting. We called less than 5 minutes later to provide feedback. The manager was very rude over the phone and actually hung up on me as I was talking. I called back and asked why did you hang up on me and he said oh I thought you were done talking. Really? Then he proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do about it. Horrible experience and very rude management. No customer service etiquette. Very disappointed in our experience with Katie’s Korner located in Cortland, OH.

Love all the great flavors just a shame the size of serverings have gotten smaller and prices are up. The quality is still there some are cash only now and others take all payments.
Website says they close at 9pm. We pull up to the window at 7:59 not knowing they close at 8 until seeing the updated times on the drive thru window. The worker just flips the window curtain in our faces that covers the windows and just walked away without even giving us the courtesy of saying the last order had been taken and updating us on the times.
