Website says they close at 9pm. We pull up to the window at 7:59 not knowing they close at 8 until seeing the updated times on the drive thru window. The worker just flips the window curtain in our faces that covers the windows and just walked away without even giving us the courtesy of saying the last order had been taken and updating us on the times.

Usually go to the handles by our house, but we stopped at this one bc we were in Cortland. The peach ice cream was a strange texture. The best way I can explain it is when you were a kid and tried to make ice cream yourself by freezing milk and sugar in a bag in the freezer. It was just very strange and icy. We've had the peach and the one close to us, and it was great. We brought this up to the girl at the counter and she first said bring it up to let her look at it. We had already let our dogs eat about 90% of it, but still had a small chunk left. When we brought it up she said there wasn't anything they could do about it. We weren't asking for a refund, we just wanted it to be brought to their attention that something was wrong with it. If there's nothing you can do about it, why did you ask to see it in the first place? They were seriously rude, and we won't be back to this location. We threw away half our ice cream.

Great ice cream, salted caramel, coffee & black raspberry cheesecake!! The waffle bowl left a lot to be desired. Tasted very stale & was extremely hard even after soaking in the ice cream
