The girl working the first window at 11am on 8/26 was rude when taking your ordering. Snappy and just giving an attitude for no reason at all. First time I’ve had a bad experience here! I left feeling so upset.

this is by far the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever had in my entire life. the staff is pure lazy and won’t make your food correct even when you pay extra for stuff being added to your food. i thought maybe the morning crew would be better than the night crew but it’s safe to say they’re all the same when it comes to laziness. i don’t understand why it’s so hard for people to do their job that they get paid to do.

I have been here often, mainly just for coffee. The prices at this McDonald's consistently, significantly higher than other area McDonald's. My last visit they could not take my order because the system was rebooting. Asked me to wait 5 minutes to order. I didn't have time to wait, so I left.

We decided to give them another try. Never again. Last time we went there and got the $5 meal with chicken nuggets. When we went to eat the nuggets both box's had Mac sauce in them and no nuggets. Now this time, are order was wrong, when my husband went into get the missing sandwich, complete attitude. And then are drinks we're so watery and just tasted awe full. Never again. Shut this one down
I went through the drive- thur. I ordered a cheeseburger in a Sweet tea the young girl that received my money never opened her mouth then when she gave me my change back she acted as though She couldn't place the money in my hand.. She dropped it in my hand she doesn't need to be there customer service means everything this would have been about 6 o'clock in the evening on Sunday October 20th in the drive-thru.. I am so sick of making excuses for young people they are at one point going to be running our country. If they cannot speak now they will not speak 20 years from now if they are not able to perform customer service or communicate or network they aren't going to make it. I'm sorry it's time to call these people out I wanted to ask for the manager but I said when the review comes up I'll let others see my review maybe they'll do something about it.. I'm sure this isn't your first complaint..

I ordered on the mobile app at 6 55 and got to this mcdonalds around 7 05, they pulled me to the third window and it is now 7 20 and still no food, never coming here again.
