The friendlyness of the staff here is hit or miss. The food is typical McDonald's food. So I appreciate when you get good staff. This is one of the faster McDonald's around and it stays pretty busy. Other McDonald's you have to wait most of your life to get your food. But they keep it moving.

Dont do it. All I wanted was decaf coffee and against me knowing better I got a sausage biscuit something that was nasty! Coffee nasty as well. I DESERVE A REFUND! I had not been since 2020. Need to drink castor oil and flush whatever soft meat that was out my system.

I used to like going to this location because they were a little more friendlier and had fresh food. As of 09/26 they have hired a couple new girls and they are unprofessional. They have their uniform shirt rolled up and tied up behind their backs; and their pants pulled down to show their bellybutton and hips. They are playing on their phones while you are trying to get your order taken. When you try to talk to them they have an attitude and act like you are bothering them at their job. I'm good. We will go to the location in Niles.
The girl working the first window at 11am on 8/26 was rude when taking your ordering. Snappy and just giving an attitude for no reason at all. First time I’ve had a bad experience here! I left feeling so upset.

this is by far the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever had in my entire life. the staff is pure lazy and won’t make your food correct even when you pay extra for stuff being added to your food. i thought maybe the morning crew would be better than the night crew but it’s safe to say they’re all the same when it comes to laziness. i don’t understand why it’s so hard for people to do their job that they get paid to do.
