I went there on Friday use the kiosk had to ask for a receipt. Then when I got home my order was WRONG. Went back following Tuesday and again couldn't get a receipt. It's like this McDonald's doesn't think you should have a receipt. But could you at least get my order right???

3 star review only because it seems like some employees don't have some type of manners or respect. For the most part, 1 or 2 people know how to interact with customers. For example, I go in to grab my A.M. mobile order and was met with a face of disgust. I said good morning to the young lady, and received nothing but an unwelcomed feeling. I'm sure an employee from that location will see this and know who I am, as I'm a regular to that location. Maybe I should just drive up to the next location and see if it's any different, maybe not.

I hope you don't ever need to call for follow up. The customer service from Abby and Josh was blaming, non customer service focused and rude.
Both my sandwiches we made poorly and on with mayo when I order without substitute ranch (was charged for the substitute of ranch) and had mayo anyway. I got blamed for the order being put in wrong. Very strange place.

First it takes forever for someone to come to the register to order. They don't pay attention. I asked if they had the $5 meal. She said yes. I asked if I could order a milkshake with one of them instead of a pop for the cost of a little more. She said yes then I was charged the $5 for the meal and full price for the milkshake. NOT how that should work. Very disappointed!!!
