I hope you don't ever need to call for follow up. The customer service from Abby and Josh was blaming, non customer service focused and rude.
Both my sandwiches we made poorly and on with mayo when I order without substitute ranch (was charged for the substitute of ranch) and had mayo anyway. I got blamed for the order being put in wrong. Very strange place.

First it takes forever for someone to come to the register to order. They don't pay attention. I asked if they had the $5 meal. She said yes. I asked if I could order a milkshake with one of them instead of a pop for the cost of a little more. She said yes then I was charged the $5 for the meal and full price for the milkshake. NOT how that should work. Very disappointed!!!

One fourth of my bacon egg and cheese bagel was sauce, didn't even know they started putting this stuff on by default. Ppl there are always very nice, love the staff, but I had to toss the bagel because none of my coworkers would even take a bite of it.
