I don't eat garbage fast food, but boy their WiFi worked great all the way out in the parking lot! Thanks McDonald's for allowing me to get work done while my son was training down the road.

Late lunch time. Two dine in customers and a couple drive thru. Relatively new brick and motor location with all automated ordering equipment. Order tech is not intuitive. Three Employees visible. Manager. One kitchen type playing with her phone. One other guy trying to flirt with phone girl.Food (quarter pounder meals) were average. Fries were soggy and lacked seasoning. Burgers were overdone (burnt black). Maybe phone girl could have put down the phone and done her job.$20 for two combo meals seems like a rip off to me..

The McDonald's in Warren/Cortland is by far the best McDonald's I've been to for years. I ordered a double cheeseburger and a Mocha Frappe. The service was great and very friendly. The best ever double cheeseburger.

I ordered food on Sunday, July 30 at around 2:00pm. I ordered my food on the Screens they have. I didn’t receive my food till 2:30pm. The service in this McDonald’s is very slow and unprofessional. The orders people received had many things missing to their order. People asking for sauce, missing food, uncooked food. No one was behind the counter customers would just walk behind and grab the sauce of their liking. Very unprofessional McDonalds. Corporate needs to get ahold of this immediately.
