Sauce was severely lacking. If I didn’t tell you what flavor these wings were you probably couldn’t tell. These were Thai r cracker wings. Very good sauce I’ve had it before on the boneless but they skimped on the sauce this trip. I also got garlic parm and I didn’t have any of those but the people who ate them said they weren’t very flavorful and were kind of underdone. Why pay $40 for 2 dozen wings from here when I could pay $30 to a local place like belleria which does not skimp on sauce. I don’t think I’ll be getting bone in from here for my party’s again.

Obviously the wings are delicious and the beer is cold, I can't ask for more than that.

This was the 3rd time my order was incorrect out of 4 times ordering over the last year. Takeout order.... My son had a kids meal ...chicken tenders.... with a chocolate milk....they gave him hard chicken tenders....no fries, but macaroni and cheese from a Kraft box with no lid on the dish and no milk......the wings my husband ordered were hard as a rock, like they had been sitting all day..... My salad was absolutely disgusting...slimy with hard chicken on it.....and the bottom of a head of lettuce in the middle......this place is totally going downhill.....we paid $30 for dog food basically...A well done burger full of pink and hard wings that probably sat for days! 2/19/24 online order under Brittany. Was supposed to be ready at 6:20, at 6:50 the dude walks out and drops my order all over the ground. What does manager have to say when I drive around for refund? Did you take the food? Was rude about refunding my money and didn’t even apologize. Wow.

Visited the Warren location for 1st time specifically because we learned that they have a dedicated frier to accommodate people with Celiac/Gluten food allergies. Typically my wife can never order wings or fries at restaurants because most also fry breaded items that will cross-contaminate. It is extremely rare to find a place that makes such a strong commitment as to have a designated frier and presumed protocols in place associated with its restricted use. Should also be noted that they have gluten free buns available (up charged of course) so many of the burgers and sandwiches can also be offered gluten free, although she didn't try them yet. Food taste and quality was great as we have come to expect from many years of visiting the Sharon location. Not sure if other locations also have a dedicated frier or not, but we will certainly show our appreciation by frequenting this one in Warren. Service was also very good. Wish they sold boom boom sauce bottles as they do with many other flavors.Dietary restrictions: As highlighted in review, they make great effort to provide gluten free options over and above their competition.

I just don't know why this place is such a miss lately! I always order their mac and cheese skillet with a side of bbq sauce and the chicken on the side (it's a lot to eat so i save the chicken for later). picked up the order through the drive thru, brought it all the way home just to realize they put my side of chicken in a cardboard wing container ON TOP of the mac and cheese. the cardboard soaked up and stuck onto half of my meal when i pulled it off of it. who knows where that container has been now i can't have half my meal? and no bbq sauce either so literally just plain mac and cheese that was already room temp when it got home. called the manager and all that was said to us was "sorry, it's that workers second day." so who's training these workers to where they think that's okay?? just no supervision whatsoever? very sad and this place used to be a favorite - sad it's going so downhill. i'd recommend anywhere else in the area for bar food.

Our family of 3 was there last weekend to use a coupon that expired on Dec 31st. I was bummed to see the menu changed and there wasn't much gluten free options because apparently a lot of things come in "pre packaged/prepared". It helped immensely our waitress had celiac and knew what to suggest for gluten free items, if it weren't for her we probably would have left. I ended up with a plain burger on a gluten free bun with a side salad.... My son felt his kid's menu chicken tender portion was too small and my husband said his wrap lacked flavor.Dietary restrictions: Very little gluten free options compared to when I was at a QSL a few years ago.... don't think I'll be back any time soon.
