I was standing there for like 10 minutes waiting for someone to come get my order and towards the end the lady grabbed something from the ground and not bother changing their gloves. Unsanitary ?
The staff was friendly. But, Lesson learned. I will walk in to watch the employee make my sub. The bread wasn't toasted. The special instructions weren't followed. I asked for heavy on the spinach. Look at the pictures- if you look closely, you will see A LITTLE spinach on the sub! The girl said she saw the special instructions after the sub was made. ?
The girl who served us was very friendly inspite of the previous customer who seemed to do his best to rile her, he was trying to get a sub for less than cost because he read the board in front of him wrong, she did as she was trained and used the slogan the customer is always right.. good job
