I moved to Sandusky Ohio about 5 years ago from Columbus. I was down here for business in Crestline when I stumbled across this pizza place. I had the Ezzo pepperoni and sausage. WOW!!! ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! I haven't had a good pizza since Columbus. Extremely nice staff, nice bar, a decent amount of indoor seating, and a nice patio. So happy I found this place! 10/10 recommend!
I walk in, order pizza and go. Easy stuff. The staff are pleasant every time I go. There are plenty of TVs. It's locally owned and the owner is in there quite often. He's passionate about supporting the community so that's a plus. He gets me excited about what is going on in Crestline and I don't even live there.
This was my first time ordering since the new owners. It looks and smells like checkers, but it's not quite the same. Different sauce and crust i think. If you've never had checkers back in the day, you would probably like it. Just not for me. Service was good but the bar atmosphere seemed a little stale and uninviting.
