Ordered a pan pizza and it was not covered with toppings and had just as much if not more crust then a hand tossed !! The point of a pan for one is to be covered with the topping . Don’t think I had the xtra topping I ordered too on it or cooked well done . For the only franchise place in town ya think they would at least be the best place too but I will drive the 5 miles to the one in galion next time as they don’t put the minimum amount of topping on a pie especially after ya add extra to the order . The spot in Findlay is the best but galion one so t as bad as this spot in Crestline

Second time in a row that I've placed an online order and not gotten what I ordered. Calling in to talk to anyone is impossible since they sold the phone monitoring to a third party. Went back to the store to ask for the correct pizza and luckily they remade it. I'll just start going to the Galion store, they've never messed up my order.

Made order on line went up there to pick up 2 separate orders and asked for both and she only gave me 1. Then called up there to ask for my points back and was told that I didn’t ask for that order my question was why make an order and not pick it up? Then I was hung up on.

They don't turn on there phones for calls tried calling for an hour had to pack up kids and come out in this crap weather to order vary poor job guys about to start order from pizza hut it sad because I love domino's

Tried to order online but it wouldn’t go through & said to call store. Called store & ordered but got a text a minute later saying order was cancelled & to call store. Called & nobody answered. No answer & no callback & no pizza. Completely disappointed but not as much as the Grandkids who were looking forward to it.
We ordered our usual medium pizza with no garlic sauce, an 8 piece order of wings and pasta. The pizza had garlic sauce on it, the pasta was half the portion size it should be and had discolored pieces of tomatoes that had dark spots on them like where the stem usually is, and the wings had hardly any sauce on them. Tried to call in to at least get the pizza fixed but after waiting on hold for over 20 minutes gave up. I get it's a holiday but when we picked up the food it was not so busy that they couldn't answer the phone and that's also no reason for poor quality food. Sucks that unless the woman is working your food will be hit or miss.

We used to eat here a lot, then stopped for a while, but it’s been about 2-3 months ish since and today we ordered. I had issues with the app and both guys were very helpful and professional. Got both pizzas ordered and had both these guys were talking about increasing business and year over year trend, I talked with one for a bit out side as he was leaving, you guys made some good choices in the changes you made!!! it was nice to see some guys actually care about making a business great!
