My chicken parm sub had literally the smallest amount of chicken possible to the point you can’t even taste it or recognize it’s there. Pls be more lenient with the sub fillings in the future cause this wasn’t even good and made my work break kinda suck.

Ordered a pan pizza and it was not covered with toppings and had just as much if not more crust then a hand tossed !! The point of a pan for one is to be covered with the topping . Don’t think I had the xtra topping I ordered too on it or cooked well done . For the only franchise place in town ya think they would at least be the best place too but I will drive the 5 miles to the one in galion next time as they don’t put the minimum amount of topping on a pie especially after ya add extra to the order . The spot in Findlay is the best but galion one so t as bad as this spot in Crestline

Second time in a row that I've placed an online order and not gotten what I ordered. Calling in to talk to anyone is impossible since they sold the phone monitoring to a third party. Went back to the store to ask for the correct pizza and luckily they remade it. I'll just start going to the Galion store, they've never messed up my order.

Made order on line went up there to pick up 2 separate orders and asked for both and she only gave me 1. Then called up there to ask for my points back and was told that I didn’t ask for that order my question was why make an order and not pick it up? Then I was hung up on.

They don't turn on there phones for calls tried calling for an hour had to pack up kids and come out in this crap weather to order vary poor job guys about to start order from pizza hut it sad because I love domino's

Tried to order online but it wouldn’t go through & said to call store. Called store & ordered but got a text a minute later saying order was cancelled & to call store. Called & nobody answered. No answer & no callback & no pizza. Completely disappointed but not as much as the Grandkids who were looking forward to it.
