Absolutely disgusting, I pull in and sit in the drive through for 5 mins. No one ever came to take the order. So, I pull and go in. The 2 girls are sitting by the door smoking! That's why they didn't answer the drive through. Well, I go to order and they DID NOT wash their hands they used hand sanitizer instead! That don't get the smoke off your hands! Then they are very rude as they are making the sandwiches. No communication no nothing just flopping the food around like it's nothing! This was on 10-3-24 around 2:00!!! These 2 girls are not something I would want at my store working that's for sure

We tried this subway for the first time to day and it was awesome. Very clean, great food, and the man that did are order was great too. I didn't get his name but it says we was served by 999997. Just wanted to say thank you.

The guy Chris that work there was amazing and did everything I asked plus more always will go to crestline subway he washed his hands before putting on gloves and talk to me letting me know everything they had and made my sub how I like it very good service
Dietary restrictions: They will switch gloves after they touch anything for you and you can ask him what they have in it and they will tell you. And if they don't know they'll ask their boss
Parking: They are parking in the front in the back of the store
Kid-friendliness: They're just very nice to any kids that come in there and if they run around and act like a normal kid, they're not yelling at you or saying anything to your child
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp while a concrete that dips down so it's very wheelchair accessible and there's a lot of room inside the store four wheelchairs and even one of the booths is four wheelchairs so it has a booth on one side. So if you're not in a wheelchair you can sit on the one side and then the other side is open to a wheelchair. Can pull it up and in any other table you can sit with a wheelchair

For lunch I ordered the boss
It's meatballs with cheese and pepperoni. It was cold. Guess I should've got it toasted. The lady seemed not awake or in a bad mood
It was dirty. I wished I changed my mind and left.
They weren't busy. Door was Grose. Food station not very clean. I don't complain much at all. The I think they can do alot better.

Hire more responsible people to run your restaurant. Had to stand in line for 30 minutes for 1 sub and it was cold by the time I got it because your 2 workers are slow and don't know what they are doing obviously.

"I completed my order for pickup via the app and sent my daughter to retrieve it. Shortly after, I received a phone call from the restaurant informing me that they didn't have meatballs for my subs and requested a replacement. I asked the worker to cancel my order so I could pick it up at another Subway location, but he insisted I do it through the app, which wasn't possible. Despite my repeated explanations, he couldn't offer a solution, insisting that I needed to figure it out.After demanding to speak to a manager, I was told to return before 2 PM the next day if I couldn't figure it out, (which conflicts with my work schedule). Despite this, the app now shows that my order has been picked up and yet i have no food.How is this even remotely acceptable?"

I order 2/21/24 on the app for delivery. When I received my order I only got ONE of the items that I ordered. There was no customer support number for me to reach out to and since their delivery on their app is through doordash and I didn't do it from a doordash account I was unable to get ahold of a support person. I submitted a ticket for this subway as well as called NUMEROUS times and no one picked up. I've called several times since and STILL no one has answered the phone. There is maybe 2-3 people ordering in that store at a time and most times I've walked in it's definitely not busy so there's zero excuse for the lack of customer service. I have only ordered pick up from this location twice since then. I'm upset bc out of my $22 order I only received my $4 sub. I get that its not subways fault if a driver steals an order but it is subways responsibility to fix the issue when I reach out about just wanting to receive my food. Very disappointed.

Kid-friendliness: Disappointed for not having dietary restrictions. It says on their list for gluten free bread and sourdough and every time I go there they don't have either.
What is the point of having drive thru If no one comes to answer it!!??

I live in Galion but I always drive to Crestline because they honor all the coupons and deals from corporate whereas Galion does not. App is easy to use and order is ready in 15. I wish Galion did the same but I guess money is more important than customers.
