I live in Galion but I always drive to Crestline because they honor all the coupons and deals from corporate whereas Galion does not. App is easy to use and order is ready in 15. I wish Galion did the same but I guess money is more important than customers.

Genuinely disappointing. I’ll be driving to galion or Mansfield from now on. This is the third time I’ve ordered in a month. ALLLLL THREE TIMES THEY CALL AND SAY WE HAVE NO MEATBALLS, one of my orders was two meatball subs….. and the first time the pizza was on the wrong crust and had none of the toppings and the rep told me I was incorrect. The second time there was barely anything on any of the subs. We out less for something’s and more for others. And when you out more banana peppers and can count 6 on a subs that’s ridiculous. This last time today we ordered 3 subs but of course meatballs are available yet again! Why not remove the option from online. I run a business and it’s an option. I go to get it and this employee who is not capable makes it wrong yet again. He puts all the toppings from the Italian bmt on a plain ham and cheese sub. My other child likes to order there so I get there at 1001 and they are closed!!! Like for real people. So then when we got home and noticed the toppings are on the wrong sandwich we now have two kids who we not have to do something different for. I get things happen and things are forgotten, but I have literally gotten the wrong pizza crusts and toppings, subs and toppings and all I have ever gotten from your staff is well it happens you can come talk to the boss if you want. For real? You messed up and know you messed up but you can’t fix or replace it. I will gladly drive the extra 14 mins for something that is worth it because orders being constantly wrong only make people madder.Dietary restrictions: You don’t get what you ask for soooo there is that or you get what you didn’t even ask for so then there is that! Your diet will not be followed

I appreciate Subway in Crestline, OH. I came in state to visit my cousin and we had a craving and Subway was the crave. The staff was great and efficient, thank you guys. Big ups to Subway and their service.

Trashy service not the fault of the young man working alone more so the lady manager just walking back and forth while he's serving 4 customers all by himself. She then proceeded to go sit at a table while he was trying to work fast and effective. 1 star to the lousy manager 4 for him

Vegetables looked pitiful, lettuce wS slimy and browning. Tomatoes were mushy. Not really appealing. Did get a steak and cheese sub but passed on the Vegetables. Disappointed.

Google says they close at 11, walked in at 8:50 and was told they “close in 10 minutes” - felt unwelcome so I left and they locked the door behind me. They could’ve easily done one sandwich in less than 10 minutes; should also update business hours.

We usually avoid this Subway for many reasons. It’s really slow, usually only has 1 person working; takes forever if you want drive-thru, not sure why they have the option if it’s not even manned. I got a basic sandwich today so wasn’t expecting much but this was ridiculous; $8 for a Footlong with a whopping 5 pieces of meat and 3 pieces of cheese, most bites tasted more like bread than anything. Unfortunate since there’s so few places to eat in this town as it is and this one just got crossed off the list.

Ridiculous. The store is open however the girl on the line doesn't want to answer the drive thru. It's winter. I have a baby and a toddler in the car. I want 1 sub. She's answered the phone twice and hung up both times. Today is January 23rd, it's 2:45pm and I've just wasted 20 minutes of my life.Oh and for good measure this has never happened before. I've called in before for to go orders, I've used the drive thru. Never any issues. I guess when you hire lazy people this is what you get. Ohhhh and kicker.... there are now zero cars in the parking lot. (There was 1 when I got here)Don't worry Subway you won't see my car here again either.
