The staff is so much better. A lot friendlier. Don't know if the rude girl that was there in the mornings is still there but the girls I have seen are so much nicer. Now just freshen up the food.

While the staff has improved greatly the sandwiches are still terrible. The bread is not baked correctly, and the hot sandwiches are usually cold. Recommend that you go to Rittman, Seville, or Lodi.

The girls that work there are horrible. I have been there multiple times and every time they consistantly have nasty attitudes. They act like you are putting them out if you order something. After going today, i have decided that i would rather drive the extra miles to woosters subway than have to deal with that. I wont be back.
