Landon made our subs tonight and they was perfect! We would get subs a lot more if he was making them! Our sandwichs was delicious! We got a spicy Italian & Philly steak. Both works had a great attitude and was very friendly. We really enjoyed our sandwich this evening. Thank you Landon for doing a great job making our subs & letting me joke with you. They differently was very filling. You both deserve a pat on the back! Keep up the smiling faces.

I WENT TO SUBWAY CROOKSVILLE AT THE END OF COVID AND THE TWO WOMEN WHO WERE WORKING THE AFTERNOON SHIFT HAD ON MASKS BUT BOTH HAD THEM DOWN OVER THEIR CHINS. ONE ESPECIALLY WAS HACKING AROUND MAKING ME WITH SHE HAD PUT HER MASK UP. I TOOK MY ORDER HOME BUT ENDED UP THROWING IT AWAY RECALLING THE UN HEALTHY TREATMENT OF MY FOOD. PLUS ONE OF THE WOMEN HANDLED MY MONEY AND USED THE SAME GLOVED HANDS TO START THE ORDER BEHIND ME. I CONTACTED THE REGIONAL MATTER ABOUT THE FILTHY TREATMENT BUT NEVER HEARD A WORD. I EVEN EMPHASIZED I DIDN'T WANT RECOMPENSE, JUST IMPROVEMENT IN SERVICE BUT GOT ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE AT ALL. AS A RESULT I HAVEN'T RETURNED TO THIS UNIT OR ANY SUBWAY SINCE. PRIOR TO THIS EXPERIENCE WE WERE WEEKLY CUSTOMERS BUT APPARENTLY THE UPPER MANAGEMENT DOESN'T MIND LOSING BUSINESS.

I was on my way back home from a long day and I still had a ways to travel to get to where I was going, so I decided stop at this location to to purchase two special order Philly steak subs, when I walked into the shop it was busting with customers but I still didn't have to wait very long, there was a young waitress who's summoned me over to take my order and it didn't take long for me to know that she was a probie, for being new at customer service the new waitress did a excellent job, with all the customers the three waitresses was hustling to keep up with the customers demands, somehow my order got mixed up and I did not realized it until I got my order to the house yes I was somewhat upset knowing I had to travel back to get the right order, when I walk back into the shop The waitresses with a excitedto see me and started apologizing immediately I went above and beyond to make things right, all three waitresses has my five star review

We order take out quite often from our local Subway. Our orders are always ready in time and never miss anything. My only issue with the place is that they don't deliver.
