The mocha chiller was good the wife and I got it since they have been open. Now it's all fluffy and terrible. And when you let it melt little bit then you have an original chiller only half a cup. So if they don't change it back I am out!!

Literally had to wait 30 mins while workers talked about nails in line with friends. There was 1 other customer for the first few minutes and as other customers came in they took their orders and got them out. Meanwhile we are all still waiting around while we talk and hang out and still have yet to take my order. Make it make sense people. Service is absolutely horrible but the drinks are great. Wish there was a happy medium!

Hello, i am highly disappointed. I went to the cuyahoga falls, oh location. Last time I came i ordered a pecan pie breve and wasnt told when things were excluded from my drink due to me asking for sugar free. Fine, understandable though i wish it was told to me they didnt have substitutes for some things. It was terrible. Today I came and ordered a nightshade and a sugar free santa cookie mocha. After their card reader going down and waiting for it to come back I asked for a receipt which they said they could not give me. So I have no way to verify my purchase was done correctly nor recieve payback from the person the 2nd drink was for.. This was after they did the cars out of order and did 4 cars on the other lane who came in after me, before me. Im going to be writing a Google review as well with my issues and giving a 1 star. Very disappointed since the coffee is better then Starbucks however the customer service is severely lacking. I have now been sitting here for around 40 minutes.

honestly, my first time to a 7 bruise was in Columbus almost a month ago so when I came up to visit family for the holiday and saw there was a new 7 brew I immediately told my sister we had to go yesterday and we did and I thought it wasn’t true but when we got there, it was small to me honestly so it’s not like the best location for it also knowing that it was also a famous TikTok coffee shop before didn’t really help either, but then when we went through the line, the woman we had was so amazing and she was just so cheerful and unhappy and she helped my sister out because it was her first time I held my sister out a little bit, but she’s like self independent so the lady really helped out and found out a good coffee for her and I wouldn’t go all the time or a lot because of the small space but I could say that this shop is gonna be better than the Starbucks out there !
