I have been a long time customer (years) and rarely noticed problems until this year. This is the reason for the three star. I ordered the Jasmine Plate tonight after ordering carry out a couple times prior with very burnt rice and meat. I never had this issue years prior. The rice was always fresh, with lots of carrots and peas and exceptional protein. I ate in house tonight and got a plate of burnt lukewarm clumped rice in spots, dry beans, and I could not see any vegetables. My steak was chewy and very small pieces They were not kabob pieces like years prior. I ordered chicken last month and it was burnt and chewy too. I did bring it to the staff’s attention. She did offer more rice but did admit it was made earlier and warmed up. I didn’t see the point in that. This use to be very fresh. I hope this is looked into, because I miss the freshness. I can’t see spending 21.95 on something that is heated up and burnt. Also, the salads have been hit or miss depending on the salad you order. They use to be really good, but now it’s mostly lettuce. As always, the staff are very friendly and the hummus is great. I’m just not sure what is happening to the quality of the plates I typically order. Our family spent 90.00, and we will not eat here and spend the money if the food quality doesn’t improve.

Generic layout, pretty decent salad. Can't speak for the rest of the food on the menu but I enjoyed it. Can't recommend the Aladdin dressing however.

5 stars for the bread service and huge portion sizes. Inclusive to dietary restrictions as well!
The food is decently priced and anyways delicious. We make it a point to go when we're in town.

Nothing to complain about here. The food was very solid as Aladdin's usually is, but what makes this a bit better than the one over in highland square is the exceptional staff

Super poor service from staff, our server was MIA and we watched several other employees walk right by us. We didn’t even get our drink order taken The manager on duty walked past us three times and didn’t seem to care. I was surprised how poor the service was seeing how it was just a Wednesday afternoon . Also the bathroom trash cans were overflowing with garbage. RAISE YOUR STANDARDS !
Food was so burnt and salty not and there was barely any food to begin with
Tabuli, Baba, pita are always fresh, so good. Smoothie was great. Sophia our server was excellent.

This aladdins is not as good as the other aladdins I've been to. My order was messed up and ended up paying twice as much as what I was supposed to for a double amount of food that I did not order. The food was okay but it wasn't as good as I am used to with aladdins.
