Worst Dunkin location I’ve ever been to. The girl on the intercom at the drive thru didn’t say my order back to me right, so I just made sure that it was correct and she got an attitude and proceeded to ask if it was “okay that it was a little short because of the less ice?.” that I asked for. I said yes, because sometimes it is, even though the other Cuyahoga falls location knows how to make it without shorting it. But this is absolutely ridiculous, I feel like I wasted my money. First and last time at this location, smh.
I removed my nasty review after some hard-working dedication although everything did happen I did get my ice cream too fully stuffed quartz to the staffing, customer service agents and everyone who helped me thank you so greatly much, especially to you Laura the best
Icecream case has a broken door hinge, so the employee (who was delightful!) Had to fight the case door to open it to get to the icecream. Fix the equipment! Youre making his job harder for no reason. While he fought the door, a line was forming behind us. Not cool.
How are you going to say you’re 24 hours then not be open 24 hours? Baskin Robbin’s used to be my favorite and now I’m just going to dispute this with my bank and never come back.
Very poor customer service
Stop at Baskin-Robbins to get some ice cream. I asked the girls for two scoops of mint chocolate chip ice cream on a waffle coat he wanted a chocolate milkshake. She gave me two scoops and the cups when she handed me the bag I asked her I go do you not have any cones and she goes yeah we do. Why did you want one and I go actually yeah I did and I asked you at least three times for one and I said never mind took the bag and I said you know apparently you just don’t want to listen and she started screaming out the window at.

This was my worst experience at Baskin Robbins so far. I travelled over an hour to have ice cream around midnight but the worker inside was completely unprofessional and very rudely refused to serve us, claiming she would not open the place for just us as she had other more important work to take care of. If you’re not a 24 hour place, you should update your hours.
When did a scoop of ice cream become 1/2 scoop? Did you get smaller scoops? We were just there with multiple orders and Tristan had no clue what was going on. She couldn't read the flavors of ice cream, and would have completely messed up the order had my husband not said something. I guess we were lucky to just get baby scoops, but we shouldn't have been charged for full scoops.
When you look up this location it says it's open 24/h. Even said it was confirmed by the restaurant 2 weeks ago that they are open 24/h. I came here at 11:25pm and they are closed. Annoying.

Always going there no matter what time of day and they tell me they aren’t making milkshakes at this time. Absolutely ridiculous. Lazy much?
