They were out of waffle cones and waffle cups.They would not let me add banana to my sundae, even though I was willing to pay for it.Then Jaden started ranting how it's a corporate establishment and it's not his fault when I said I didn't want the sundae then. Like it's cool. I just don't want it.

So I went to get gas at the attached Circle K and really had to use the restroom. If you don't know the only restrooms in the building for both businesses are in the Baskin Robbins side and if you're coming from the Circle K side, you have to walk through a man door in between the two. So I went through and walked towards the restrooms, there was a girl at the counter who appeared to be cleaning and she mumbled something, I assumed it was something directed to another employee since she did not even look in my direction. Used the restroom and when I came out there was another employee standing at the kitchen entrance just past the restrooms. We made eye contact, I nodded and proceeded to walk back to the man door to Circle K and as I was opening it I realized she was right behind me and then she says, in an extremely snippy voice "next time we tell you we're closed, don't come back here!" I said. "Excuse me? I'm sorry. Did someone say you were closed?" She said "the girl at the counter did, the lights are off and there's a wet floor sign out." Well the wet floor sign just means the floor is wet and the lights out may mean that your side, at least the inside, is closed, but that doesn't mean the SHARED restrooms are off limits. Also, as stated above, never heard anyone say "we're closed", let alone "the restrooms are closed". Apparently they were in the middle of cleaning up a "disaster". So I politely told here that if you didn't want anyone coming through here you should probably have a sign on the door and lock it. She said, in the same snippy voice, "I'm gonna lock it now." Well good for you. Maybe you should have done that in the first place and it wouldn't have been a problem. Also, all she had to was wait for me to come out and head back over to the other store and then do what should have been done in the first place. Don't need an attitude because you can't do your job.

They have been out of peanut butter topping for so many months I lost count. They are consistently out of things. They may as well close this location because the the other local ice cream places have flavors and toppings and will put them out of business anyway. Sad really
