BIGGBY COFFEE Drive-Thru

Worker there was very rude and messed up our order, when we politely asked for the order to be fixed (sandwiches didn’t have cream cheese, and we were missing boba) we got a rude response of what do you want and took our already biten out of bagels back thru the window. We will not be returning.

My husband, and I have been going to Biggby since they opened this location. For the past year or so we've had really good service and drinks. We even made great friends along the way. It seems though now that Vanessa who worked the window is no longer there service has become subpar. The last 5 weeks (I go weekly) we have yet to receive a quality or correctly made order. I think it's time for me to back to Dunkin, or Starbucks.

The prices have gotten crazy! I was a regular here until in noticed something going up in price every month or 2. Just not worth it. Too much competition within walking distance. Starbucks and Dunkin right across the street. On some things they’re higher than Starbucks! Pretty crazy for coffee

The drinks are too sweet. Drip coffee was good

From the time this location opened it was decent. The young lady that worked the window has now been replaced with some guy that is more worried about telling people he is a ma'am. I don't care about your issues. And I will not go back to let some child correct me on anything. Ruined a good thing. I was there multiple times a week. I haven't been in a month now. It's a shame.

Excellent coffee— i really love the thick sweet foam on the cold brew! I ask for half the syrup/sweetner (as I do at all coffee places) and it is literally perfect! The employee at the window with the cool piercings (I’m sorry I don’t know your name!) is so kind and helpful.

This place is SO much better than Starbucks. Truly, the employees are fantastic! The coffee is awesome, I have tried several different kinds and I have ZERO complaints. GO HERE you will not be disappointedUPDATE 2024this makes me sad to write.. truly. We have been loyal customers since opening.. the service has gone down hill.

I usually like this place because it's close and has other caffeine options other than coffee. BUT, recently the service has been bad. 2 of the last 3 times I have gotten a biggby blast there was no flavoring in it and the other time there was SO much sour flavor that is was undrinkable, it was worse than a warhead, it burned my throat. It's a pricey place so you would think they would have standards but I'm tired of wasting my money for drinks that are nasty. I don't know what's going on but I hope they can change it because I used to love it there.

I have 20 minutes all the way here just for them to be closed 31 minutes early. I called no answer the phone. The door was locked and the sign still said open.

Coffee is so good! Jenny has a beautiful personality and is wonderful at her job! Staff is great and very accommodating and helpful to your needs.
