Excellent coffee— i really love the thick sweet foam on the cold brew! I ask for half the syrup/sweetner (as I do at all coffee places) and it is literally perfect! The employee at the window with the cool piercings (I’m sorry I don’t know your name!) is so kind and helpful.
This place is SO much better than Starbucks. Truly, the employees are fantastic! The coffee is awesome, I have tried several different kinds and I have ZERO complaints. GO HERE you will not be disappointedUPDATE 2024this makes me sad to write.. truly. We have been loyal customers since opening.. the service has gone down hill.
I usually like this place because it's close and has other caffeine options other than coffee. BUT, recently the service has been bad. 2 of the last 3 times I have gotten a biggby blast there was no flavoring in it and the other time there was SO much sour flavor that is was undrinkable, it was worse than a warhead, it burned my throat. It's a pricey place so you would think they would have standards but I'm tired of wasting my money for drinks that are nasty. I...
