We arrived just in time for the second half of the football game. They were all out of certain beers and we could only get two hamburgers for our party because they ran out of hamburger. Our server, Leo was outstanding.

I rarely leave reviews. I was in this location two times in the last week went in for wing night. The server was amazing bartender was awful. Ordered a beer before the food came out after we were finished eating still did not have the beer so cancel the order at that point they tried to bring the beer with the check went back on Sunday because the atmosphere seem like a great place to watch football when we arrived. The place was almost empty, but they did not wanna let us sit in the bar area where we wanted to Because they couldn’t figure out who was working that section. Finally got that taken care of order food order a cocktail and a short glass came out tall asked them to remake it. Watch the server go to the bartender watch the bartender laugh, and pour it into a shortcut and send it back fairly obvious both days that the bartenders were bullying. The servers the servers were amazing

Well if you're looking for a place to eat a hot meal look somewhere else. I thought the one in Strongsville was bad and it is well this one come it at a very close 2nd. While the atmosphere is definitely great the rest of it falls way short. 35 minutes we waited after placing our order and its not like what we ordered was out of the ordinary. A couple of sandwiches and some wings but not the case here. Once we finally got our food it was cold the only thing colder was the ice in our empty drink cups. Like I said if your looking for a spot to have a mean hot look somewhere else. Buffalo Wild Wings you should definitely be ashamed at this type of service. That's now 3 in the area that I will never go back to. The other 2 are Strongsville and Brooklyn. And after reading the other reviews I can see that their response is to have you fill out a form so they can discuss it with their team. Well judging by all the negative reviews their discussions aren't working. I would and will just avoid this establishment.

Could have been 5 stars. It was extremely loud inside due to their audio system being set way too high. Like should have had ear plugs, hearing damage loud! We ate outside to alleviate this issue. If not for this option, we most likely would have left. The other issues was not as big of a deal, but our appetizer arrived well after our meals did. The food was very good.

I ordered the 20 boneless combo with cheese curds and carrots only, and then a large fry.I got all the way home before I realized that they didn't give us the cheese curds. The fries were not only cold but tasted almost like they were stale. They also only gave us one portion of carrots. When I called to talk to someone they offered a refund or for me to drive back to the store and get them, no other offer was made.

Good service and atmosphere but the food is awful. I already knew this walking in so we decided to just get an assortment of chips and dip to just watch the game . Figured you can’t go wrong with that , but here I am pissing out my butt while writing this warning review . I barely made it home to the restroom. Along with my spouse. I really want to like this place but every time I leave I feel like I just got food poisoned from Applebees tier food. I can’t even pretend to wanna like this place anymore .

Will get upcharged without warning on things that have always been complimentary. Food has become rancid from what you'll remember, avoid like the plague. If you have an issue, do not bring it up to staff as they do not care.

Awful. Walked in, were seated at a high top, maybe 10 people in the restaurant and waited 10 mins for our server then walked out. One server walked by our table twice. Last time I ordered carryout and waited and waited for someone to hand me my order. They seem disinterested in customers so I took my business to Wingstop a few blocks away.
Redemption! Apps, Wings and Service was super quick and great. Left a bad review soon after they opened but they have course corrected since. Food came quick, wings were tasty and big, and service was attentive and friendly. Worth giving a second chance now.

Excellent food and service. Surprised by the quality of food. Very comfortable place, was a little loud with the game audio had to talk over it a bit. We will be returning for another Excellent dinner soon. That is absolutely going to happen.

Ordered take out to be picked up at 5:10. Got there early, was asked for the name of the order at least 5-6 times and ended up waiting 25 minutes (15 minutes past our pickup time) and was given cold food
