Tried to go and try this place out google search said it was open but I arrived all the doors were locked not a good look was excited to try this place out but after this experience will not be trying this place out

I ordered online. Included in that order were two “Coke Freestyles” from the fountain machine. My wife stopped to pick it up. She came in carrying two cans of coke and not the fountain drinks I ordered. They substituted cans and still charged me $3.29 per can. Almost 7 dollars for two 12 oz cokes.

Literally the worse. My first time here and will never go back. The chicken tenders had zero flavor and soaked in grease. The onion rings were also soaked in grease and burnt. My co workers burgers were dripping grease. Just no.

TLDR: STAY AWAY, WASTE OF MONEY FOR COMPLETE GARBAGE. I used to go here all the time for the chicken strips and bbq honey mustard in the past and it was great. But it's been a year or so since then after moving and I was in the area for a class so I decided to treat myself. Man was that a mistake. The chicken was disgusting and the fries were undercooked. The bbq honey mustard tasted like plain mustard. The staff barely spoke english so I had to repeat myself many times. My wife and I spend 26 dollars on complete garbage and didn't eat anything but a few bites. Afterwards I went to Google to see the reviews and I see many have had the same awful experience. This establishment should be closed or inspected immediately. I would like my money back but already know I won't get anywhere talking to those people. Sad to see something I use to love go downhill in such a drastic way.

Food was ok. Language barrier was challenging. We asked for salt because there were no packets but they didn’t know what salt was when we finally got some it was course salt in a cup. Pop machines did not work, the condiment station was filthy and the restaurant was not clean. We lived this place when it first opened but sadly we will not return. It was also WAY overpriced $37 for two burgers and one onion ring order.

Placed an online order on 01/07 and they were closed! No sign, no nothing. Couldn’t find a customer service number or be helped! I have emailed everyday since then and have yet to be contacted! Terrible business
This place is joke. If they are even attentive enough to take your order you'll just find out that the food is trash, drink machine is broken, and the employees barely speak English. If you want to overpay for burger and fries just go to an actual restaurant.

I would not recommend this place. Run. Paid 31$ with no drinks just a burger fry and chick sand. Everything is broke here no drinks machine no condiment machine. Food was cold and not good tasted like gun powder.

Truthfuly my burger was good the bun tasted a little old the soda mashine was down so they had 12 oz can that was $3.00 each and the fries was very over cooked and non of the condiments was filled. I went to the counter to ask for salt , to help the fries and there was a language barrier. I won't be back for 2 burgers 1 frie and 2 sodas was $36 and some change id rather spend my money somewhere where the food was worth it.

Food was okay, place was very dirty none of the soda machines worked pretty sure trash and trays were still there from yesterday because it just opened, definitely first and last time. Even scooped ice cream for shake out the top of the machine.
