Food was okay, place was very dirty none of the soda machines worked pretty sure trash and trays were still there from yesterday because it just opened, definitely first and last time. Even scooped ice cream for shake out the top of the machine.

Food is really great I’ve gone here multiple times(I really like the grilled chicken sandwich and large fries)it being more fresh and healthy then other places is a plus the workers are all nice and are always giving me coupons and the manager is especially nice giving me free drinks with my food occasionally overall definitely something you should at least try once

We came out from Geneva, Ohio just to visit this Burger Fi. We use to go to the one in Mentor, Oh before it closed. It was delicious & Lisa who helped us was excellent. It was worth the hour + drive out. Met our expectations & more. Lisa treated us like royalty. We will be back!

I used to go to the a BurgerFi in Mentor when they were opened. It's been years but they are still amazing! The food was fantastic! So delicious! Our cashier Lisa, was just as amazing! So helpful and friendly. She made our food as well. It was well worth the drive in. I'll definitely be back!

Lights were off, tvs were off, music was off, coke machine has been broke for like a year according to reviews, draft spouts were broken too. Was going to use the order kiosk and it tried to force me to spend an extra $2 to order a wagyu patty for a regular burger and the employee said “idk why I’m new” but definitely seemed like he was the owner or manager based on how he was talking to staff. Overall place seems like it’s closing down or it needs too since this is an embarrassment to the city. Sad experience, sad store and sad staff.
Always wanted to try this place. Stopped today. Wish we hadn’t. No acknowledgment from two workers behind at the grill. Wanted to wash my hands, no running water in the restroom. The restaurant was dirty. Floors needed to be swept and mopped. Tables were dirty. We were the only ones there. Canned pop only. The air conditioning was either not working properly or it was turned up. When they brought our food to the table, again no acknowledgment, just placed the trays on the table and walked away.

I've given this place many chances to prove me wrong. They constantly mess up or forget items in my orders. The burgers are great but, getting the CORRECT food is even better.
