Food was good but the soda machine wasn’t working, the beer taps weren’t working, and it was dirty in there. There was only one person working and it just seemed too expensive for what you’re getting

I've given this place many chances to prove me wrong. They constantly mess up or forget items in my orders. The burgers are great but, getting the CORRECT food is even better.

We’ve been coming here since the place opened. Feels like it’s headed for closure. The fountain drinks are all out - cans and bottles only. Told the kegs have been out for a while. Silverware is in a bucket instead of the dispenser, as are napkins. Burgers not wrapped anymore, bun not even charred with the logo. Food itself was fine - overpriced for the quality as always ($20pp). Probably not an issue if ordering to go, but overall the dine in experience is poor.

Hello my names Kenny i decided to take the wife to dinner to have some nice burgers (she's vegan im not) on arrival we were greeted my a nice gentleman but once we went to pay for our order there wasn't ending change. So he shouted three times to the manger in the back we need change we need change after rolling her eyes she came to the front to give change. So not to bad so far other then a manger who obviously doesnt care.
So that was the first experience but we came here for the food right. We ordered the strawberry shake and rootbear float well something like a root beer float since there drink machine wasn't working so I had to use a dr pepper as you might think is a god substitute but it's definitely not a foamy mess when pouring and mixed nothing like a root beer float.
I tried to clear my pallet with the strawberry shake but it tasted like nothing and had weird chunks inside. More like a birthday shake then anything.
So after trying the two desert type drinks I was pretty disappointed but had my head up for the food. After the same working who didn't have enough change earlier left the store and went to petsmart across the street while we waited and watched around as other complained about other things similar.
After our burgers arrived we tried to get into them but about three bites in i realized I was eating something. There was no taste, have you ever gotten covid 19 and last your taste buds kinda like that but a 60 dollar nightmare instead. Both burgers very tasteless. Idk if it's new management or what but please stay far away from this establishment unless you want to waste your hard earned money thanks

This was just bad, only one person working everything, so not his fault fully. But warm mushy fries, burger was ok but warm and tasted meh. Also they didn’t tell me till after the food came out no soda cups. So overall not a good experience at all. I would have asked for a refund if the one person wasn’t doing everything.

Just went to this place for the first time. First impression was the front counter and floors were unclean and disorganized. We decided to get our food to go since the Coke Freestyle machines were “out of order”. Got home and of course we were not given my daughter’s entree. Not the end of the world but a ruined dinner with arguing and frustration. Wont be back….

Well I used to love the food here. This place has really gone downhill this past 6 months. It's quite dirty in the restaurant, floors grimy, windows and countertops gross, bathroom..and the drink machines still aren't functioning and filty screens. I dont know who's restaurant this is, but I don't recommend d this. Way too much money for less than mediocre food. The fries tasted old, the burger was barely better than McDonald's and everything twice as expensive. I wont be back. Ever.
Food was great, now the quality is that of frozen food.

The food is just Ok, however several things about the business model and experience leave a lot to be desired, there is one price advertised, then you are required to make some choices that up the price. They tell you that the soda machine is mostly out and offer you cans? According to some reviews this has been going on for months? That is just the management not caring for the service, Coca Cola for sure doesnt take 3 months to service a machine come on. It is also expensive as hell vs what you get, you can get better burgers at Five Guys cheaper.

I had lunch with my family at this amazing restaurant. The service was great as well as the atmosphere. Of course, the food was incredibly delicious (Kids male, cheeseburger, and chicken tenders with T sauce), and the prices were very reliable. I will definitely go there again. Highly recommended 🙏
