Came across this burger spot at Portage Crossing in Cuyahoga Falls. Such a cool selection of burgers and fries and great shakes, too. Nice service....easy to park. I wil be back for sure. My new burger place.

I highly recommend the CEO. A classy and premium burger with unique flavor. I tried one of their shakes for the first time. It rivals shake shack. Delicious. Great service too

I’ve loved BurgerFi from day 1, owner 1. Waited patiently through each closing & was always pleased to see when it opened once again.The Vegefi Burger is the BEST vegan burger anywhere, including the bun.And where else can you get sugar free root beer on tap?The music playlist is worth dining in for!Three stars for atmosphere because I think the whole dining room needs a good clean.Vegetarian options: Plenty

Disappointed. Burger wasn't seasoned. Fries were well done on the outside but under cooked on the inside. That aside, the restaurant is dirty. The table numbers were covered in crud. The floors and soda machines were covered in crud and sticky. Needs thoroughly scrubbed. We were there at 3pm on a Friday. It looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned in a few days. Won't be returning.

Used to be fantastic, but never recovered from COVID. Understaffed, slow, quality no where near what it used to be. Soggy fries, overcooked burgers, and messed up orders the last few times. Staff was nice, but that only goes so far. We won't be coming back. Really disappointing to throw out expensive food.

I was very disappointed in my experience. As first-time visitors, we were not left with a good impression. Our cashier was not friendly or helpful in offering suggestions on what we should try. Neither beverage machine had been filled so we had only diet soda available. My husband doesn't drink diet and even the ice tea machines were empty. When we asked about it, the cashier said she would fix it right away but then went behind the counter to sweep. We normally give a restaurant a 2nd chance, but won't be doing that for BurgerFi.
I have the strangest experience in this restaurant. Firstly, I didn't realize I needed to specify I wanted lettuce tomato on the burger so when it didn't come with it, and I asked for it after the fact, I was scolded for not having asked for it in the first place, which I didn't know I needed to do. Additionally, you were forced to leave a tip of some denomination as the machine will not allow you to pay without living a tip of some kind now keep in mind there's no one busing your food or table, but you're forced to tip anyway and lastly, as I was leaving, an older lady had asked for a glass of water and was refused thisvery basic request by the same man that scolded me earlier. The entire experience just left me confused and it wasn't a nice way to enjoy a burger and fry to boot lunch $22.

We historically love this place but they are so short staffed that it's sad seeing two people try and handle everything. It means a long wait, the drink machines have maybe half the options available, and other customers were loudly unhappy. We were patient and our food was fine.Vegetarian options: Their veggie pattie is one of my all time favorites! Paired with onion rings as a side is a great vegetarian option!Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are a little expensive but well proportioned.
