The food and service was good. Wine and beer selections were plentiful. Menu is limited. No “to go” dessert options. Parking is a little problem in that area.

We are always pleased when we have dinner at Burntwood. The food, the service, the entire dinner is always great.

Came to celebrate a birthday. Service was really slow. After we ordered, 10 minutes later they told us they were out of coconut shrimp. Then 10 minutes after that, they told us they were out of chicken wings. Since we had to re-order for the food they didn't have, when the food came, 2 orders were cold and 2 were hot. When they all were hot dishes. It was a terrible birthday lunch for all of us, including the birthday girl.

O really great experience, as it usually is. Loved the pot stickers, service was great, good selection of drinks and the setting is lovely.

A regular meeting spot for lunch with a dear friend of mine. We keep coming back so all is good. Keep it up!

Hoping for a better experience. Has potential but not today, the staff was more focused on closing down than serving. Get there early on a weekday.

I had my high school reunion in the private room that overlooks the Cuyahoga River. Everyone loved socializing on the balcony. The appetizers were delicious - chicken sliders, calamari and the cauliflower. The buffet was fantastic, I received many compliments on the beautiful salad, chicken and sirloin. Bri and Brian were amazing servers and very personable. I enjoyed working with Jessica and Jessica in organizing my event. I highly recommend!

Server was great, but she does not control the menu or the kitchen. Spent $100 for food that was not good ($15 was for beverages). The Salmon with roasted seasonal vegetables- salmon was fine, but even our waitress could not identify the vegetables. A side of rice was bland. Jambalaya was over priced, tasted and looked prepackaged. The ingredients were not even blended together. The same bland rice was served as a scoop on the side of the dish. Lastly, the dinner menu was very weak, with only a few selections to choose from (I would never have ordered Jambalaya but there was nothing else that even sparked my interest). It's too bad, as this location has a great location over the River, and they used to be bustling with business. Granted it was a Tuesday evening, but the place was dead. We may be back for lunch someday, but never again for dinner.

Brian C. and the happy hour is the reason we keep coming back. Can’t beat the happy hour prices for the quality of food and drinks anywhere else on Front Street.
Sit on the patio for a great view too :)

The best thing going for this place is the ambience. Being seated overlooking the river during a sunny all day was beautiful. The food is mediocre, and the service was good, until they mixed up our credit cards. They're only two of us so this was not acceptable.

Nestled right next to the river. The balcony is the best seat in the house. Food was great.
