I've been going to Chen's for many years. They've always had subpar (sometimes rude) customer service, but the reasonable prices and decent food kept me coming back. However, today I placed an order online that was just over the $25 limit to receive a free item. They called me shortly after and asked if I would like to change my order because they ran out of something. No big deal, it happens.
When I went to pick up my food I was told that they did NOT include my free item because the price dropped below $25 after my substitution for what they didn't have. I was obviously frustrated and explained my frustration but they just keep asking if I wanted to buy the item that should have been free.
In the end, I left without the entree I wanted in the first place, and without my free item. I was shocked they would risk losing a long time customer and receiving this bad review over $1, but they did. I'm disappointed and will not be going back.

I like Chen's. They are quick and the food is okay. I go here for the convenience of the location. The staff seems nice from my few interactions however, the atmosphere is very busy. Its not bad but I prefer dine in.

Very good take out! Best in the area! If prices go up any more though I will go to a sit down buffet. Staff is very nice and food is ready quickly!! Always good here!

By far the best Chinese food, especially for the price in Cuyahoga Falls or the Akron area, everything is freshly made. They deliver quickly. They're always pleasant and they don't overcharge just for the sake of overcharging which nowadays is a big gem
