I love chic fil a market salad but I always ask for NO blue cheese and crispy chicken instead of the grilled. I don’t like the Blue Cheese or the grilled chicken, but it’s been 3 times now that the person taking the order dont get it right!!! I called today after I found blue cheese on my salad and I feel like the guy just kinda laughed it off!!! I had to wash all the blue cheese off my salad before I could eat it!!! I guess from now on I will make them REPEAT the order to me to make sure it’s right!!! I gave a real nice review on your market salad not long ago but now I’m not sure if i should order something I love because the ones who take your order don’t know what they are doing… it’s like you have a bunch of kindergarten kids working for you. I’m very disappointed in this store and the mistakes they make! From now on I will make them REPEAT the order back to me and check it at the window before I leave, if I return at all!!!!!

Pretty good Chick-fil-A. The service was a little slow when I went in to pick up my order from the mobile pickup area. Other Chick-fil-As were a little more quick to greet you and get you your order. This place was a little on the busy side though. Typical Chick-fil-A food, so that was good. I'd definitely go here again if I were in the area.

Why is your manager harassing someone on the sidewalk ? the video is online. Disgusting, what gives you the authority to approach anyone not on your property and touch them .
All of my sauce packet have hole in them. Sauce leaked out in my bag all over my meal

I ordered breakfast at 10:00am and got in line a little before 10:10am. It wasn’t even a long line and I had to wait 30 minutes to get to the speaker only for them to tell me that couldn’t complete my breakfast order. There was no way for me to get out of line or check in on the mobile app. So I wasted my time and couldn’t get my order. What a terrible and utterly ridiculous system.

I most likely won’t be visiting this Chick fil a location anymore due to employees! I asked for extra pickles on my chicken sandwich and the employee asked how many pickles I wanted and as soon as I told him, the whole team including the manager started laughing at me, looked me dead in my face and started laughing! The boy who was originally helping me apologized and gave me, my pickles….It was very strange, rude and distasteful! I didn’t understand what was so funny about me wanting extra pickles on my sandwich but it left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be back and I told my associates about this bad experience
