Was deciding to have Panera Bread or here since I was driving from working overnight and didn’t want to get out my car. Chose you all. Was disappointed, biscuit was dry & a little on the hard side. Plus I wanted to sign up for the free sandwich but the receipt wasn’t printed correctly so part of the serial number was missing. Not the end of the world but when you’re tired from work and want to have something to eat quickly from a place that is known for that quick satisfying meal & it’s not, it’s disappointing.
I placed my order for breakfast and they tried to tell me that my order wasn’t processed before the breakfast hours ended. I showed them proof that I attached below but they still didn’t give me my order.

This store is always a model of how quick service restaurant models should be ran. Excellent food AND service! Adequate staffing to meet all the customers needs. Busy drive thru line with probably 20-30 plus cars, yet my total lane time was still under 7 minutes. That's un-heard of if you've ever ran a QSR. Good job guys!
