Every time I come there’s a man who is so rude. I understand this is semi-fast food, and he may just be in a rush to get everyone in the line , but this is also a customer service job. The portions here are also ridiculously small compared to other locations. No need to be stingy , especially if I’m pay base pay and the “extra” pay.

The food is good, when we get what we actually ordered. I use the app to order online and the last 3 times that I have ordered, the employees at the Cuyahoga Falls location CAN NOT get the order correct!! My order is never complicated..I always order 2 bowls, a chicken and a steak with an extra tortilla and a bag of chip. The first time they did not add steak to the bowl, the second time I orderd they gave me a chicken bowl with only rice and sour cream...none of the other items I ordered were in it. This third time I ordered, I thought I'll give them a third chance to redeem themselves, NOPE! This time instead of giving me two bowls, they made the steak one into a burrito with missing items!! But my order confirmation, the label on the burrito and the receipt on the bag listed both as bowls. Can we assume the employees are unable to read or just don't pay attention? Plus I order it at lunch time, to be ready for 4:00, so it's not like I am waiting to the last minute, giving them plenty of time to do it correctly. How can you mess up an easy order 3 different times!!!

Just went there tonight for dinner and the woman with the pink hair who was working on the mine was fantastic. She had so much patience even though the line was crazy and was as friendly as can be. Can’t wait to eat my burrito. Thank you for the killer service!

Gotta love crunchy inedible rice. How hard is it to cook rice? Is everyone ok here? Why is it so dirty and sticky? Why is there 1 person on a Friday night working the line? I’m Genuinely confused…

I LOVE chipotle, but I usually order through other locations. This is my second time being disappointed by this location and maybe it's not the normal and i've gotten unlucky. Bowls 80% undercooked rice and wrong meat I had to dig to find.

WOLF SQUAD

Absolutely the dirtiest Chipotle i have been in. The counter with all the food trays looked like an earthquake just happened. Food was all over the place including the floor. The pop area had spilled pop and Tabasco all over the counter.this place has to have bugs all over this place.now the food. Showed up 5 minutes early and food was already done. Got home and began to eat. Food was so cold it had to be in the fridge before i got it. Then my large order of chips consisted of 4 chips. Then started eating my steak bowl and found out they didn't bother cooking the rice. All 4 meals had uncooked rice. I have never had a meal like this at Chipotle before. Will be going 2 blocks up the road to south west grill from here on out. I dont like their food as much as Chipotle . But its better then getting food poisoning.I think i will report this place to the health department. Who ever owns this place should be ashamed.

Co-worker and myself walked into the “resteraunt” Not looking at the front door that they place a white sign on 7ft high stating they’re only taking online ordersThe Manager behind the counter was Absolutely Rude and degrading . As a Former Employee of Chipotle she should never make the Level of Resteruntur , the Other reviews alone should disqualify her of having any employment here

Employees were all smiles while talking to each other but as soon as they see people coming into the restaurant they act like we're a big inconvenience, no greetings and completely rushed through my order. Like almost as if they were just throwing it together and shoving it down the line. Maybe if they would have taken the time to do my order they would have realized that the food was cold. They're warming stations were either turned down way too low or something was wrong.I don't know if one of the employees just has RBF or was having a bad day (she had butterfly tattoos on her forearm, light brown hair and tall) but she was the worst for customer service... no smiles and had a very disgusted look on her face the entire time while telling her my order. I even tipped at the end trying to be nice I completely regret it because they did not deserve it. Absolutely will not return to this location

If you order online expect to get about half the amount of food as you should. You’re better off just waiting in line and ordering in store
