Chipotle Mexican Grill

I love this place, very clean and friendly staff when I go in to order. Although, the last few times I have ordered online, I have asked for and paid for extra chicken and I haven't received extra chicken. In person they make it perfect, but when I order online, it's upsetting to pay that extra money for a regular amount of chicken

Ordered a burrito with double chicken and Barbacoa online. When it was delivered to my house I noticed the burrito was very small and I opened it up to see why. I received a very small portion of chicken although I payed double the amount for double chicken and double Barbacoa. Called the store and it’s an automatic system for online ordering.. so I just spent 23$ on a burrito that would cost 10$ awesome. I don’t think I’ll order online again from this location

Not sure if it’s all Chipotle’s but this location is quite stingy with their “side” of vinaigrette. 😂 I will say they didn’t charge me for a tbsp of vinaigrette.

This location is quick and friendly with good customer service. My only complaint is that, like some other locations, they are frequently out of multiple ingredients.

Vegetarian options: Multiple bowls and burritos with vegetarian options.

Dietary restrictions: You can make your own healthy meal, or they have recommended lifestyle bowls that are about as healthy as fast casual places get.

Can certainly tell the crew on this particular night are not well versed or simply don't care about food safety regulations. One girl injured herself, didn't wipe down the equipment. The sour cream container emptied, girl just dumped more on top of the dirty bin. Little things you see when you pay attention.

The counters were filthy. They were not busy, and had plenty of employees. My food was cold and the stem/core of the lettuce was in my bowl. I first tried to go on the website, but all you get is AI. Then I tried to call. The AI generated voicemail connected me, but the phone rang 20 times without an answer.

Terrible, awful customer service. Worker named Jada was not only (VERY) rude and unprofessional but rung me up for a completely different order and then gave me incorrect food!!! The manager proceeded to say they cannot issue refunds and she wasn’t trained on what to do? Literally only getting a star so I can say what a joke this location is lol…

Went in to order food and was told online orders only?! So you can make food for people who are not in the store but not for the customers who are right in front of you, if I wanted to order online I would have went to the stow location right up to road!! Will not be back!!
