Not one to write bad reviews. I’ve worked in food service for over 3 years now… but this is seriously the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to all around and needs serious help. Every time I go in, they are out of things. And I’m not going in close to close either. I’ll be there at 7 and they will be “out” of rice. Half the time though, after they announce they are out of something they will have it no more than 10 minutes later. Which is fine, but they should be announcing that whatever they are “out of” will be out shortly. The workers? Some of the moodiest kids I’ve ever seen. When I asked them to double check for vinaigrette, this girl looked at me as if I had said something outrageous. Even though I quite literally saw some in the fridge. Guy checking me out also said nothing this time around besides the total. And left the register twice during my short transaction. Also, they were playing extremely explicit songs in the back loud enough for everyone to hear. Just the cherry on top. Management, do something. Unacceptable.

I actually come to this one often because I’m right down the street. However, I ordered yesterday and the large bag of chips that I bought were disgustingly stale And oily. My bowl was so spicy you can’t even taste the flavor other than the spice. Again, this is the same thing I always get and it’s never been like this. I tried to contact the company and I was told they would look into it and thank you for my feedback. I will be pissed if I do not get a refund for food that is an edible.

All of the tall employees were letting the lil' short stack up front rolling the burritos get ran through by a mad line while the rest were just chit chatting. She did great with what she's dealing with though (maybe clean your stations more), but with 6 people in the store yapping away on a friday at 7:30, there is no way she should have been up front in the burrito trenches all by herself

Don’t come here unless you wanna hear trap music at full volume to the point you can’t even hear the employee! Just N word this and N word that. Also a lazy staff that refuses to make more product even though they are open another 2 hours. The falls is supposed to be a nice area but unfortunately this chipotle is a let down. Go to the one on Howe where the service is friendly and they actually have what you want.

I tried the Honey Chicken Bowl. The chicken is grilled with chipotle peppers and honey. Sweet and spicy. Great combination. Fresh and fast.

I normally don't give bad reviews but the food was great...atmosphere was kinda down because of the service we received...there is a definite rush...they couldn't give me a bowl of food because they didn't know how to charge for it...and said I couldn't have it...ppl in line requesting food and the food service prep said they're not making anymore EVENTHOUGH they closed at 11 and it was 2 1/2 hours before closing...grill was already broke down...that's sad...I'm not speaking for myself...I'm speaking for everyone if possible...still had time to prepare more food and made the choice not to...that's bad for business and bad service in my opinion.

L employees, L portion sizes. Got more sour cream than I know what to do with. Gonna try jacking myself off with it.
Update! Scraped most of the cream off, GOD DAMN this is the most bland food I’ve ever eaten, I’m genuinely so sad :( mama mia pizzeria, I shoulda ordered pizza :’( at least my chickens will enjoy this!

I love this place, very clean and friendly staff when I go in to order. Although, the last few times I have ordered online, I have asked for and paid for extra chicken and I haven't received extra chicken. In person they make it perfect, but when I order online, it's upsetting to pay that extra money for a regular amount of chicken
