It was a chill experience this time. Sometimes it's hit or miss...asking for extra rice is like pulling teeth. I wish Chipotle had a "just rice" option though ?

We have visited this location numerous times. The dining area and trash cans are always disgusting! Why can't we ever get a clean table? I'd take pictures but rather they see it for themselves.

This place absolutely sucks food is cold my girlfriends and my bowl are half filled and had to wait forever do better or shut this place down. I spend over $20 to get two bowls barely filled up

The hot meat isn't always warm. The Store is so-so being kept clean. The lines could be very short but time-consuming as they focus on the online orders. The food size portions can be very iffy from customer to customer. For an example. A person in front of me. Order double chicken & was given three huge spoonfuls. I ordered the same thing from the same employee, and I barely got two spoonfuls. I wanted to say something, but I didn't. I guess that store employee knew that person but it wasn't polite to do that in front of other customers.

You know the neat thing about scheduling an order? I'm going out of my way to inform the restaurant of when I will be there to pickup my food.So tell me why my order I requested to be ready at 4:20pm was completed at 4:00pm. I just love cold food! Thanks Chipotle!

I understand the complaintsThe prices here have gone up like all of them haveChipotle here obviously under pays their workersPlease Pay them more or somethingI haven't had bad experiences here just once I hardly got any chicken , out of food late and yea it happens.They do run out late of certain stuffI think it's under pay here and logistics is off . This one needs new ownership or managment. Oh and park in the back of the store area near the bank. It's easier. It's kinda tricky parking there.

They just charged me for items they did not have and gave me the order and said unfortunately people don’t like that sometimes and told me I could come back and get it remade. It was weird.

Only rated one star because you are not able to give 0. The only part of my order that was correct was the chips and you really can’t mess that up. The whole order was mad incorrect with the wrong toppings… and then the store won’t even answer the phone so I could get the correct food that I payed for so I could eat dinner… what a joke and not the first time this has happened here, my wife talked me into giving it another try and here we are…

04NOV2023 I took my wife and son here for dinner, as soon as I walked in I notice all of the tables covered in food from other people and none of the tables had been bussed. While ordering my food I notice even behind the counter the floors are disgusting, food, cheese and trash all over the floor and when I approached staff about why the bathrooms were blocked off to the public and the only response I got was “the bathrooms aren’t in service.” Which is fine, but when I asked about where it is that customers can wash their hands at before eating their food the manager just looks at me and shrugs her shoulders. After 6 years of service in the military it had been instilled in me 1.) attention to detail. 2.) accountability 3.) discipline. Both of the managers that worked that night ought to be fired for the lack of all three. When I approached the male manager and informed him of these areas that require addressed, he looked like a deer in headlights as if he has no capability to manage a restaurant and yet he’s one of the managers. . . why?
