I come here at least once a week and the food slaps everytime! Staff are always super friendly too!!I’ve been to plenty of chipotles and this one is easily the best one I’ve been to. Their rating should be much higher but I think there’s a bunch of salty people who don’t understand how digital locations work.

When it gets busy I would avoid because they take forever and there is no place to park. Food is good but sometimes get the orders wrong. Other times when it is not busy it is fine.

Ordered a burrito bowl with pick-up time of 4:10pm. Waited in the drive-thru with no one in front of me for 15 minutes without a single worker addressing me. Ended up going around to the walk-up window. After a worker came over to me, it took another 10 minutes to receive my order. I should have gone to the regular Chipotle down the road and would have saved time walking in to order and receive my food. Will not return!

We’ve been ordering here since it opened and by far the best quality and service at a chipolte!! Never messed up my order, super generous with the servings, and are always so happy when you pick it up. I think the only reason people rate this poorly is because they don’t understand how to order from an app even though it has signs saying “digital” all over the property. 10/10

I’ve ordered from this chipotle at least DOZENS of times since it opened. It’s always fresh, accurate, and I’ve never waited as long as I did in stores (whether ordering digitally or waiting in line). Sadly, most of these bad reviews probably are too old to understand what a digital location is (it’s clearly marked all over the building and parking lot). The employees are always happy which is shocking to see these days. Can’t recommend this spot enough, I wish more digital kitchens would open all around.

Food is good and fresh. Only downside for the health nuts is they cook their food in seed oil(rice bran oil). This is a very fast way to get food i never see more than 1 or 2 cars in front of me at the drive through. Workers often greet you in a friendly way. It takes a few minutes to get a good tasting mostly healthy meal. 7/10.Dietary restrictions: Seed oils used(rice bran oil)

I’m honestly surprised by all of the poor reviews on here. I love this location. It’s honestly the best chipotle in all of the area. Everyone is always so kind during pickup and my bowl is always perfect.

A Fridge Too Far

The Digital Kitchen concept has been an obvious failure since day one. The abundance of poor review are the evidence.

Worst run restaurant I've ever been to. Never going to a digital one again

Very over going to pick my food up and the rice being CRUNCHY. I have address this with workers, it doesn’t change, if you pay for a meal, you should get what you expected, and it should be cooked and properly prepared. This is not the first second third fourth or fifth time this has happened to me. I’m sure they will be another time. I’d like to boycott Chipotle problem is as it’s my favorite meal but the other problem is is that 50% of the time I take it home, and I literally take one bite and it ends up in the trash. It’s a very simple job to read and make food so at this point I’m convinced that the people that work there just don’t care or just are slow.

The line for pick up was about 15 cars deep.  When I finally get to the window, my order is not ready even though it is 12 minutes past my pick up time.  I'm told I can either go through the line again (which would be another 10-15 minutes), or go wait at the walk up window.  I went to the window, but I'm 38 weeks pregnant and the patio was full of smokers.  Also being 38 weeks pregnant, I have to pee as soon as I stand up, and being a Chipotlane, there is no bathroom.  The whole experience was the opposite of convenience, and since Chipotle already had my money, I felt like I didn't have any option but to wait. This isn't the workers fault.  They need a way to indicate that they are behind, because I never should have been offered the pick up time that the app allowed.

Not a fan of the process at all Great option for people who live in their phones and are afraid of being around people Good luck with it though
