If you really are into healthy clean eating, This is the place for you. They do not add salt to anything on their menu. I created a bowl with spinach as my base, green peppers, red onions, zucchini and shrimp. I had the teriyaki sauce, that I believe had a tamarind base, it was not salty or sweet, but perfect!!! I could taste the flavor of each food item without the extra fats and sodium. I felt full but not bloated. Amazing!!!! We brought some of their frozen prepared meals since there was no added sodium, to try this week. They also have the calories, protein and carb information on all of their food. This is a keeper!!!!!

Staff treated us beautifully, i just wish there were smoothie/drink options that didnt have to have added protein. The lifestyle waters were great but i also wish there were different sweetener options for them as well, maybe pure cane sugar or monk fruit extract, something aside from stevia.

We were skeptical on our first trip there, but we will happily be going back in the future! Staff was very helpful, food came out quick and had a nice presentation. The portion sizes were great and everything was tasty for “clean food”. It’s a nice place to come to meet everyone’s dietary needs!

I got the meal plan for the first time and I had multiple issues. I ordered three different types of meals. The first was a Mac and cheese meal. I ordered the low carb option and instead of getting half the pasta, they gave me no pasta whatsoever for the Mac and cheese. Not a big deal… another meal I got was chicken meatballs. Half of those meals had sliced up meatballs and the other half had whole meatballs. Husband and I were confused on the difference. The sliced up meatballs had soggy rice as well and the whole texture of it all was gross. I now realize, the meals with the sliced up meatballs, were the left over frozen meals they’re trying to get rid of, instead of the fresh meals I ordered. The third kind of meal I ordered was a honey mustard chicken and they didn’t trim the chicken at all. There were so many tendons I was SO DISGUSTED I threw the whole meal away. I have three meals left over in my freezer that I’m hesitant to eat. No, it’s not cheaper than buying groceries and considering the missing ingredients and poor quality, the convenience isn’t worth it.

Favorite lunch spot in downtown cuyahoga falls! The sweet potato fries are by far the best I have ever had! Customer service was excellent And food came out in a timely manner!
