If you really are into healthy clean eating, This is the place for you. They do not add salt to anything on their menu. I created a bowl with spinach as my base, green peppers, red onions, zucchini and shrimp. I had the teriyaki sauce, that I believe had a tamarind base, it was not salty or sweet, but perfect!!! I could taste the flavor of each food item without the extra fats and sodium. I felt full but not bloated. Amazing!!!! We brought some of their frozen prepared meals...
It’s a nice chill relaxing restaurant play nice music the employees were soo nice and helping it was my first time there the food was great I’m definitely coming again it’s giving healthy vibes but sooo tasty
Staff treated us beautifully, i just wish there were smoothie/drink options that didnt have to have added protein.
The lifestyle waters were great but i also wish there were different sweetener options for them as well, maybe pure cane sugar or monk fruit extract, something aside from stevia.
