Waited forever in a drive thru with only 3 of us. One even had to wait by the sidewalk. Horrible set up they have & you're pretty much forced to make a right turn because traffic is heavy most times. My Superman blizzard was a rip off. Just a melty, thick- like shake they put a lid on so they won't have to hand it to you upside down like they used to. If they did nowadays it'd end up on the pavement. Worse was it was so flavorless with literally 4 tiny pcs of cake & a few sprinkles. Blizzards used to be thick & chock-full of goodies. But younger gens won't know how good everything was decades ago & it's just what companies want.

For starters, a large blizzard should have a large blizzard amount of toppings! Second, actually mix the toppings to the bottom of the cup. I ordered an Oreo blizzard and added peanut butter. Not even halfway through the cup the peanut butter was gone, and the bottom 1/3 of the cup was nothing but ice cream! 3rd, why on earth would you ever put something that is ice cold and condinsates in a paper bag? The bag gets wet and then rips!
You have drink carriers! Use them!

I came here to get a oreo blizzard but I could barely see or taste the oreo. My blizzard was white with black specs. Not what I'm used to when purchasing a oreo blizzard. The staff was nice with great customer service.

We placed a pickup order for two people, and one of the meals was left out. The weather conditions and distance are not worth returning to the location, and we cannot get a refund over the phone. The place was packed when we were there and we were rudely rushed by staff to get our order and move along. I would not recommend this location.

Blended the crap out of my blizzards. I asked if they could lightly blend it again, and it was still completely blended. There should be chunks of candies, not completely blended throughout 🤦‍♀️
