Horrible Service, they send emails and text telling you your order is on the way then never show up. I waited 1 1/2 hrs decided to call and was told "Oh your order is still here" they even told me the communications I received were all just automated but false. Previous order took over 1 1/2 hrs and arrived completely cold, driver came to the door holding the box with the lid partially open, no bag to keep warm and it was below 20* outside and blowing snow. Always poor service, done with Donatos!

Best pizza around
Waited forever for my pizza, was told they would bring it out and they never did. Cashier left her register to go camp in the bathroom with a line of customers.

We asked for Italian bread, got Asiago bread. We ordered multiple items, all of them were burnt. I have included photos of it burnt.
We were having a pizza party and we got all the way home before we realized that it was blackened on every edge. 51.00 bucks for something I could have burn in the oven for 15.00 myself. Wasn't good at all.

This restaurant has lost my business. I will never order from them again. The worst service I have ever received from a pizza place.
I arrived on time for my 5:30pm pick-up order. I was told it was not ready to to wait in the parking lot. After waiting 15-20 minutes (with a toddler and a baby in the car) I went through the drive thru again. My pizza has been ready and they “forgot about me”. No apology, no offer of a discount, cold pizzas and they forgot our dipping sauces.
My husband called later to talk to the manager. Still no apology or offer of a discount. The manager was rude and lacked any customer service skills.
If you are looking for a cauliflower crust pizza, DO NOT go to Donatos. Consider Romeos instead.

I was missing part of my order.. The $5 Italian salad could be eaten in 4 bites. And not all the toppings were on the $20 Magarita pizza. I'm not wasting gas to drive back after a long day of work. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Not sure if it's just the evening crew, but this is another nightmare for dashers. 3 or 4 in the back, looking at you up front...at least come see why I've been standing here for 15 minutes. Sad ?

As you see a pattern by many OTHERS, THIS LOCATION has gone DOWNHILL due to POOR MANAGEMENT. Messed up incorrect orders, cold food, overcharged, missing items and when you call and talk to "Sara" the manager she was very RUDE and did not seem concerned and makes the CUSTOMER feel like you are putting her out by taking up her precious time and then she DOUBTS YOU and even after you PROVE to her what you are telling her is true and they were wrong (AGAIN)...NO APOLOGY from this manager ! For such a OVERPRICED Pizza Chain ,our family will never return and when everyone if fighting for your dining dollars, Cuyahoga Falls has way too many BETTER AFFORDABLE FRIENDLY Pizza Choices than Donatos who once upon a time HAD great pizza with great friendly management and customer service but that is GONE and so am I .

The mariachi pizza is the best. Cinnamon bread is delightful too.

Food is always great. Last time they didn't start making my order until I came to pick it up for some reason.... weird. I'll still come back my orders always right.

Worst pizza I've had in a while. Got a pepperoni banana pepper stuffed crust pizza for pickup. Picked it up 29 minutes later. The pizza is like cardboard. All the toppings slide off the pizza with a single bite. It seemed undercooked. I had to ask my fiance if this place was called Donato's "Pizza" because I was in disbelief that this place made pizza as its main thing. If you want pizza, go somewhere else.

▪︎ Out of stock on sausage on a Friday▪︎ Did not tell me until I'm at the pick up window (we tried to contact you... how, by mail?)▪︎ Failed to include salad dressing with either salad▪︎ charcoal crust is not on the menu, not sure how I was blessed to received it.I had given this location a 6 or 8 month hiatus since the above deficiencies are routinely duplicated. I mistakenly assumed a +300% turnover rate would have actually netted someone, anyone interested in customer service & quality. It's time to sell the franchise. Give away the building. Without a doubt you have a prime location for a recreational marijuana dispensary so the current staff can still feel at home, safe and sheltered. That's only if the manager can remember to place orders and stay in stock on all ingredients. It's so disappointing since you're the only pizza place on State Rd.

We order Donatos frequently and have never had such a poor experience, like the one we had today. Ordered 4 pizzas. 1 should have been cauliflower crust, it was NOT! 1 was so burnt, my kid wouldn't even consider eating it! I also ordered (and paid for) 4 sauce cups, and didn't get a single sauce. Upon calling the store, the associate literally didn't believe that I didn't receive the sauces and wasn't rude, but it was obvious that he didn't believe me. He put me on hold, at which point I believe he went to check to see if the sauce was left behind. Then I had to call back after my kid made it clear that he couldn't eat his burnt pizza, and the same associate legit didn't believe me again! So before he had a chance to put me on hold or go through the motions, I offered to send him a pic of the burnt pizza compared to the others. He jumped on the idea and gave me a number to send pics to. Not ONCE did this associate apologize for my experience, offer to refund the sauces, or at the very least offer some rewards points to smooth the situation over! Sadly, I didn't find out about my cauliflower crust until after all of this and I was so turned off by the experience that I just said forget it. We will never go to this location again! Terrible service kills my brand loyalty, QUICK! I bet they won't get another $60 out of us, for pizza night!
