Girl behind the register had an attitude and was rude. I got two meal deals and the hash browns were burnt and rock hard and the bagel was too. She couldn’t do her job either. I ordered a peppermint mocha ice coffee and she said they couldn’t do that flavor. I asked what flavors and she mentioned peppermint mocha. I ordered it with extra cream and sugar and it still wasn’t sweet enough. I don’t recommend this place

I got insanely sick two days in a row eating here. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel with chipotle aoli both days, a couple hours later I was puking and had a very sharp pain in my stomach. The first time I thought it was a coincidence, could have been anything right? The second day, exact same symptoms at the exact same time, after eating my breakfast. The third day I decided not to eat here and was completely fine. Just a heads up for anyone eating here.

Place is the best Dunkin around. With that being said (and this is hard to do) it’s the worst Dunkin around. Having an app thar allows you to order ahead and earn points is sweet, except this location NEVER accepts mobile orders as of late. I mean none. Zero. Always too understaffed. Either pay them what they are worth so they stay or suck it up and allow mobile ordering. Quickest way to go from 5 stars to 1

Can we just get this location shut down? The staff are the least friendly people you will ever meet, there is no effort into their jobs at all, coffee sucks, mobile ordering is NEVER an option & every damn time I come here the lobby or drive through is closed….how do you even make decent sales?!?! Lady working the window tonight wearing the bonnet on her head. Had a nasty attitude. I asked her a simple question because I don’t come to baskin robbins. The question I asked was if we could mix flavors. She said in a condescending tone “uh yeah”. Nah I’m cool. I’m not coming back after that.

I got a frozen coffee drink and the coffee quickly separated and went to the bottom. Different and a lot worse than the usual frozen coffee drinks.
