Rude staff while coming through the drive-through no greeting at all. Was just told “you can order”did not get greeted when I pulled up to the window to pay very rude.

By far the WORST Dunkin in NEO BY FAR! The service here is honestly some of the worst out of any franchise or restaurant around. The staff is consistently both rude and lazy. I get a coffee with cream and sugar, and a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese. No matter how busy they are, it consistently takes 10 minutes plus. The manager here just seems entitled. Has no problem telling you to wait 20 minutes for a coffee and bagel. I literally worked at dunkin. The objective goal in drive thru is 125 seconds. Not 1,200. A bagel is literally slicing the thing in half and putting it in the conveyor toaster. You don't s even have to put cream cheese on it if you don't want to, because they're packs of it. The reason food takes so long here is because of the consistent laziness shown by staff. After walking in one morning to see why a bagel takes 20 min. It's clear they all stand around 1 little black girl who makes ALL the food. Lots of lollygagging around. Maybe if the rest of the staff would actually move around and help, you could push more than coffee efficiently. BTW, that little black girl deserves a raise. She works her ass off. And here's a photo to show that once again, not busy at all, still told to wait 20 min......

Doesn’t matter the day of week or time whenever there’s a line of more than two they say the wait for a food item is 20+ minutes. Today the girl on the head seat when I asked for a bagel replied word for word “that’s a 20-30 minute wait are you sure you want to do that”. Disappointing

I always place my orders through the app and pickup in the drive thru. Staff is always polite and my order is correct and ready fast.
Didn't receive notification that my order was ready. I just went through the drive-thru and gave them my name. They also gave me the wrong donut. Luckily I bite into it before I pulled off
