Almost never get my order right, most times something is wrong with their machines to cook hot food so it wither takes forever or comes out cold. I got a tiny order today, 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches and it still got messed up. Just going to the location at on State Road from now on.

I went in and ordered two dozen donuts and a jug of Joe. They were so fast to fill the order and super friendly. The place was really clean too!

Second time I’ve ordered an iced latte and there’s no espresso in it. They think I can’t tell? It’s just a chocolate milk without it (actually, not even as good as that), and NOT coffee and this is a coffee chain, in case the employees need a reminder of what industry they are in. It’s a rip off without the espresso, that’s mostly what I’m paying for. Thanks for nothing.

I’ve given this Dunkin sooooo many chances and I think I’ve finally decided to stop. I came 10 minutes before I needed to leave for work..ordered my coffee..(a medium shaken espresso) waited the whole 10 minutes noticing others who ordered after me were getting there coffee before I said anything to the people behind the counter. Finally I went up and asked how much longer and they couldn’t give me an answer because there were still people ahead of me waiting. Then proceeds to say they need more help and if the espresso machine would drip faster I could have my coffee sooner. I disregarded at the time because obviously they do need more help but I don’t believe it takes 10 minutes to brew espresso. I waited another 5 minutes before I asked the girl at the register for a refund and she told me she didn’t know how to do that and had to grab the manager, which I didn’t have time for so I left. I didn’t get a receipt so I couldn’t get a full refund for the drink. This was the last time I came in and haven’t been back since. I like to think I treat the employees with kindness and respect, I always tip..I just can’t understand why the respect and kindness isn’t given back.

I understand that they can be busy and be packed, but they need to slow down and actually listen to people’s orders so when they get to the window and pay for things that they think that they order, they don’t receive a coffee that isn’t made correctly. And taste horrible and is already watered down. To the point where there is NO ice.

Waiting longer for worse coffee after a price increase, and every time I leave a tip there is often no appreciation or even recognition at times
