Very clean, nice location . Horrible parking, too close to maneuver. The young adults behind the register are AMAZING!!!! Great customer service, they all were so nice. Smiles, greetings, you can't teach courtesy with all the phones today. These kids need raises!!!! Lucky management!!!Parking: Not enough parking spaces. Too close to the gas pumps, especially if someone is pumping gas. Very congested. No bathroom at the joining gas station!!!!! Your employees were so gracious and let me know you offer travelers a bathroom. I thanked her and left with my doughnuts and coffee. Excellent!!! We're from a village in Ohio and not real familiar with this area. People really appreciate a nice clean bathroom .

This place gets mad at you If you don't except mistakes and driveaway. I was yelled at from the drive thru area by the manager after I asked for a Refund everyone in the Lobby heard her as well. The manager tried to start a verbal argument by gas lighting andBating me by Raising her voice from the Drive thru Because I ordered a Decaf Carmel Latte with milk and she left out caramel She did it on purpose Shes made the same coffee for me 20 times But the tag Purposely didn't say Carmel Im a nice person and don't deserve to be treated Like this by these people. Confrontational unprofessional management Dunkin Please give us a mechanical way to get coffee so we as costumers can get what we order without interaction with your Staff since mistakes are made so much like the wrong milk or decaf instead caffeinated since this can be dangerous Dunkin give us the ability to get Right everytime without confrontation

The dirtiest Dunkin Donuts I have been too. It makes me feel I want to avoid all other locations after visiting this one. The floor looks dirty whether its a sunny day or raining. Random boxes laying around in the dining area corner, not a pleasant view. The dining tables look old and appear out of place, disorderly set up. Not inviting atmosphere at all as you enter inside.
Can’t post a picture but there was a junkie’s blood and needle caps on the bathroom floor. Absolutely disgusting.
