This is probably the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Very slow and don’t pay attention, I always only order food and 95% of the time it’s just sitting on the counter. While multiple people looking at me seeing I’ve been waiting over 10 minutes and not one ever ask me what I was waiting for or how to help. Never returning to this location, rather drive an extra 10 minutes then wait like that again..

The drinks are usually good, but the service is horrible. The girl on the mic always has an attitude, and one time I went inside and waited almost 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. The workers saw me standing there and still ignored me. Not a good experience.

I used go to Dunkin frequently. 3-5 times a week for 4 years in a row! Honestly, this is the worst Dunkin I have been to, and I have given it two full years of constant visits and tries. They have made so many mistakes, messed up my order too many times, and have run out of coffee rolls and multigrain bagels before 9:15 AM many times. Whether the line is to the street, or only 3 cars are ahead of me, I am always waiting at least 20-45 minutes in the drive through. Consistently. Which is such a long time! I also understand that people sometimes unexpectedly order more of one food item than the Dunkin was expecting, but come on now. This has been a consistent, running out of multigrain bagels before 9:30 AM, almost every other time I go. This Dunkin needs to adjust their shipment ordering, and make more of food items that run out early in the day. Please, Dunkin workers, put a good amount of cream cheese on the bagels. Some days it’s like someone barely scraped the edge of their knife on it. And the one time I asked for more, they charged me extra for it.

Lastly, the parking lot is a nightmare. The cones they put up to direct the drive through block the entire lot, making it worse for everyone. I can’t park to go inside, and then drive out without waiting in the drive through line for a few cars, which as I’ve already stated, consistently takes too long. Some days it even takes 10 minutes a car, no exaggeration.
Dunkin, please try to improve this location. I want to start coming back to this one, but today was the last straw lol. I’m not trying to be a ‘Karen,’ but I’m frustrated with this location. The 5 star reviews MUST be friends or employees of this Dunkin. It sucks.

This was by far the worst service I have ever had. The girl working the window seemed to have no idea what was going on. She was standing around and then charged me $1.59 when my bill was supposed to be $20. We asked at the window to add one more donut and apologized and she rolled her eyes and sighed and told her coworker with the worst attitude. Then I was missing my drink and when her other coworker came back with the drink she held it in her hand and was so lost and wouldn’t hand it to me. I definitely think they need to think about who they’re hiring and watch their workers. I also was missing a donut even tho I paid for both that I asked for.

We have been in the line for over 15 minutes. The MANAGER is on her phone in the parking lot, yelled at us for calling and hung up when we called out the staff that was on their phones. The line is out in the street and they took their phones off the line. This place is going down hill and it’s sad.

The staff was cold and not friendly. My food was a crossiant sandwich and it was hard and almost burnt. The crossiant tasted stale like they made them early and just left them sitting under a heat lamp. I ordered fairly early too .around 7am and Was disappointed
