They got 4 orders ready but only one up because these people just click whatever comes up as done and then let you wait while they try to figure out what they're actually doing , absolutely ridiculous, if you can't do the job the way it's supposed to be done then find one you CAN do

Forgot most of the order & hung up on me when trying to resolve the issue by suggesting they check receipts. Very first thing on the receipt was forgotten and being hung up on is laughable.

Beyond terrible. In a previous visit, I ordered a coffee inside the store with cream on the side. The cashier sold me the coffee and when I asked about the cream that wasn't in the bag she said you have to go down to the other side to get it. Of course, I had to wait on the second person to acknowledge me and get it for me, which took some time. Today we went through the drive-through and ordered a black coffee. We sat there and sat there while we watched them take the oder of the car behind us and make their specialty drink and order. How long does it take to pour a black coffee and hand it to me. According to Dunkin a very long time because we have to start on the order behind you. I tried to call to numerous times so that I wouldn’t have to post this but they would not answer their phone. Their customer sevice is the worst. Not going back there anytime soon. Do better Dunkin. Jeeze!

Listen I’ve been to a lot of dunkin’s around the Akron/Kent Area, and when I say a lot I mean ALL of them. I come here about once a week and it’s always my best Dunkin experience! This is the one place that has made cold brew correctly and make the drinks how they should. The window person is always so amazing as well!! You guys are doing phenomenal! Keep it up!

Great coffee and the staff is always nice. As a point of people complaining about the line, you do realize they have a pretty reliable app you can download on your phone and order ahead. I have been coming here almost every morning since the pandemic, and only see karens complaining. They are trying to address the parking lot and line, but it's a corpo issue. Give them just a little slack. And if you are waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru, that's your fault.

This is probably the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Very slow and don’t pay attention, I always only order food and 95% of the time it’s just sitting on the counter. While multiple people looking at me seeing I’ve been waiting over 10 minutes and not one ever ask me what I was waiting for or how to help. Never returning to this location, rather drive an extra 10 minutes then wait like that again..
