Mouse trap inside the restaurant in the kitchen which is gross I don't think it's legal watch them drop things on the floor pick them right back up and put them on the counter slow to get orders out and some people are just I would think twice about ordering from here it's February 22nd and they still got Christmas decorations up

Love Dunkin come here all the time but today about 10:44am , the girl that was next to the person taking my order is rudeš , I think she was white with acne or something on her face couldnāt remember her face exactly but the way she was looking when I came in cuz I guess I interrupted their āconversationā i just ignored but when she grabbed my muffin to put in a bag and she was rushing for no reason I was the only person in line and they was just talking anyways and when she gave it to me basically threw it across the counter , even the other girl was looking at her like ? Then tried to continue to finish the conversation with the person that took my order. The person that took my order was nice but the girl next to her rude.

This Dunkin location is my preference because of the persistent kindness I have received from the workers. Every time I go through this drive-through, I am met with friendly workers and good quality control. Sometimes the line is long and the menu is wiped out but I am always treated kindly. I actually drive further to go to this location because of the drive-through and the nice people. :)

This one is okay. I've worked at a different Dunkin a few years ago, so I know the potential of how good the food and drinks can be. This location usually either messes up my order or gives me soggy ass hashbrowns. Overall, Dunkin's donuts in general are not what they used to be.

Having tried a couple food items as the breakfast wraps, Iād honestly have to admit that to my taste, Iām not a big fan of these particular breakfast items. Unfortunately one can identify the particular tastes associated with prepackaged foods, so unfortunately, oneās not obtaining a āfreshā product.

The Cuyahoga Falls Dunkin is the best Dunkin I have ever visited. The Hornell Dunkin could learn a lot from them. Hornell Dunkin sucks, both food and service. Their coffee is the worst I've ever had.
Either you guys aren't following orders or you're selling expired food because I am always sick from this Dunkin. I specify decaf and you give me caffeine. I cannot have caffeine due to health issues. Your smores donut gave me food poisoning as well. It's a shame.
