I’ve gone to this location for two years and recently the coffee has gotten worse. I’m not sure if you trained new people or they don’t listen to orders but this is the second time in one week where my coffee is absolutely done wrong. Get it together guys

This location is always so busy! I commend the staff for the volume and speed at which they complete the orders. I'm usually mobile ordering a hot coffee and its done pretty quickly.

The girl at the window, is always very rude. She doesn’t greet you when you come to the window, she just tells you your total and practically tosses your card and food in your hand and says “here you go”. Don’t bother telling her “thank you” cause she’ll just look at you like you’re speaking a foreign language.

We always go here after my husband's appointments at Western Reserve Hospital.The coffee is good.I got a glazed coffee rolls, he got a sausage, egg, cheese croissant.Donuts are always very good, and my husband likes the croissant a lot.

I get a large hot French vanilla coffee with extra cream and extra sugar everyday before work for years and the taste has never been consistent, it's kind of a disappointment waiting in a line out into the street just to get a coffee I'm never going to drink but they are too busy to take it back.. I gave this location multiple opportunities before deciding to leave a public review. Ive found that without a doubt, it's far better to go out of your way entirely simply to avoid this location. The food order is consistently NEVER fresh and **always** wrong**. App orders and service inside IS NOT excluded in this unfortunately. Management refuses to correct THEIR errors and has a poor attitude when dealing with customers. Customer service is non-existent across all aspects here. If I could give negative stars I would. I'm actually in complete shock this location has 4 stars.
