Make sure if you're placing an app through the order you pick it up through the drive-thru not inside. If you order to pick up inside you'll be sitting there at least until next Christmas for your food. Ordered today through the app to be picked up inside and my food was ready before my drink and by the time I got my food they were cold.

The worst service ever- I placed an order online before 7 AM to pick up at 9:30. Pretty easy order six donuts 25 donut holes and one order of their bacon. I got there at 9:25. The order was not done and the donuts that I had ordered were no longer available so I left with 25 donut holes and was charged $19.37 now I’m trying to get my money back and I might as well spit in the wind. The girls that waited on me had a bad attitude I get it that they were busy, but don’t take it out on me. I Had nothing to do with it except place an order, I’m giving you business. I don’t know how to fix this except to put it on social media that they charge me $19 for 25 donut holes because they charge me for my whole order really nice of them don’t think.

I'm not quite sure why this location has a problem with filling their cups up all the way or why they can't simply follow what the customers ask for. This is supposed to be a lava cake with light cream?????? Has absolutely no lava cake in it, and the cups not even full. And God forbid you bring it to the employees attention because they'll get snippy with you and give you an attitude.

Got a couple of large coffee, but they only filled it up 70% that’s scamming. You guys need to do a better job. I also ordered 2 half a dozen donuts and the person at the drive thru put it in 1 box. I can order a box of dozens myself, but I did it separately for a gift to someone. Please do quality service. Fill people’s coffees up all the way and just read the order. Thank you. You can’t have people paying for what they’re not getting.
